This company came to a neighbor's home in our HOA community for a water leak we could not determine from. Fernando was thorough in an answering all questions that the home owner and the HOA board had. He also connected us to a diagnostic company that help with the resolve. His follow up service was excellent. He had a great team that worked diligently throughout the process. I would use them when a plumbing issue arises again, and would recommend them to others. They were able to get the job done in one work day. we appreciate their great service.

I would leave a less than 1 star review if possible. I am replacing a toilet but needed a new angle shut off valve to turn water off to the toilet. I had these guys replace an angle shut off valve to shut water off to a toilet. they scheduled an appointment for 9-11am and did not show up until 1:25pm and then when they replaced the valve they did not reattach the water supply line to the toilet I tried reattaching the line and it's leaking. I called them to say hey you forgot to reattach this line and they said ""yea that line is shot after replacing the valve, you need to replace it."" I would have been happy to pay them for the parts to the supply line and their time to do it but they never said it was needed. I asked why didn't you tell me it was needed and they said "" that's why you should have paid us to replace the toilet"" when they wanted $400 to replace a toilet that I had provided the toilet for. It takes 10 minutes to replace the toilet, all I needed was for them to replace the valve. awful service, awful work, and the guy hung up on me when I was talking to him on the phone. do not use this company.

They were prompt and professional. I needed service for AC issues and they were able to come same day within hours. Anthony was great and provided superior service and education.

Great service until it required some follow through. Fernando, Nico, and JT came to install a water softener and a reverse osmosis system. They were prompt, professional, tidy, and efficient. They did a great job on the actual service. On the other hand I was left with a problem I didn't originally have. I called Fernando the day after my service to let him know that I now had a leak under my sink where they had installed the RO. He promptly came back out to take a look and basically told me it was my problem to solve. So now I have a kitchen sink that doesn't function at all because the whole bottom fell out where Fernando had been tinkering and I am in need of a new plumber. They really did a good job on what they originally came out to do but there seemed to be 0 desire for follow through. I cant say that I would be inclined to use them for future services. If you decide to go with them and end up with Nico and JT I would say you are in good hands. Fernando was personable and knowledgeable but I feel like he left me with a pretty major problem that he could have easily solved. I would have happily paid for the extra service just like I paid an arm an a leg for the softener and RO. Not sure why they didn't want the business.
