Jeff S.Contacted Elevation to do some sprinkler repair in February. They returned my call in March. After explaining the project they said they could help and wanted to set up an account to start moving forward. After three e-mails and them now explaining that they had so many activations to do they put me at the bottom of the list and said they would get to me when they could. In April they contacted me again and said they might be able to get to my project by the end of the month. Now it's the first week of May and I received an e-mail saying they are just too busy and I should look somewhere else to perform my repairs.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. EVER!
