Roger was great. He responded extremely fast, was accommodating to text while I was at work and came the same day to do a complimentary quote on the job. I let him know that I was meeting 3 other companies for comps. We are adding a gas line to the kitchen for a gas stove. He spent the time actually going under the house to look at the crawl space, looked at the heater/pipes, the meter and the new oven we purchased. All three other companies did NOT do that, were trying to get us to do a longer gas line so they could charge us more and said they would take 4+ hours for labor. Roger offered great information and was very personable. Day of install, as we picked his company, he was prompt, brought an additional associate and they got the job done very fast. We are extremely happy and will be reaching out again for a bathroom remodel project in the coming year. Thank you so much!
