Another reason to post about a failed job Elephant Plumbing did. This time my toilet started to leak at the wax seal. Water was running down every time I flushed the toilet. Had to have quality plumber come out and reset the toilet.

A 5 star review doesn't do Elephant Plumbing justice...they are PHENOMENAL!!! Tim is the nicest, honest, most professional plumber we've ever had! If you are looking for a plumber, call them! We had a water softener installed, issues with basement flooding, and issues with leaky pipes right before Thanksgiving. Tim was knowledgeable, quick, and explained everything in ""normal people language"". He was also honest and ended up saving us some money avoiding unnecessary repairs. Satisfaction is guaranteed!

Just wanted to give a much deserved shout-out to Tim from Elephant Plumbing & Services. EXCELLENT SERVICE! We called him out to replace our water heater and was honest enough to tell us we only needed to replace the valve. He also noticed a leaky pipe and fixed that on the spot. He was not only the best price we found for water heater purchase and installation but saved us over $1,000 by not replacing it unnecessarily. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Tim called me back right away after I called at 8pm about my leaking water heater. The standard quote in the area for replacing a 50 gallon is $1200 but he let me know that would be the highest it could be, he couldn't be sure until he got to my home. Tim was out the next day at 9am and was extremely nice, friendly, and professional. The total bill was under $1000 and I am happy to recommend him after many people recommended him to me.
