Element and a very pleasant young lady took my call. She was
most helpful, and arranged for an appointment quickly, and at my
convenience.

Rob came out and did the work excellently and at a reasonable
price.

Rob was our plumber and even though he had been working outside in the 110 heat prior to arriving he was very professional and pleasant. I had a plumbing emergency bright and early Monday morning! After getting the run-around with another plumbing company. I called Element Plumbing and the sent out a plumber name Rob who did an amazing job! He gave me estemets for two different options and he started out with the lowest estimate and if he needed to do more letme know in advance!! He was a nice gentleman and very clean in his work so happy to have water back on!! I highly recommend Element Plumbing!! I would give them 100 gold star's ifi. Could!

Called for a plumbing problem and they were available to come out that afternoon. Showed up on time and was knowledge about the repair and did it quickly and was very clean. Good prices for repairs and the work is done correctly.

Awesome service! Reasonable and very honest! I always give the best marks for honesty to businesses like this one. I had a main burst at my rental house, Ron was there that day, (no service charge btw), dug up the main, called me and told me that he would try to patch it, if he couldn't then it would have to be a total replacement which as you can imagine is not cheap. Even though less expensive, than other quotes I got, it would still be about $1500. He was able to patch it up though and charged me A LOT LESS, even though he could've said ""full replacement, $1500 or no go"", right? Even though he texted me pictures I don't know if the pipe can be fixed or not so I very much appreciated him being honest and competent.

I already recommended him to someone else in my neighborhood and they were extremely happy with the work he did as well.

Called Element Plumbing Monday for an non emergency utility sink drain leak. The earliest date was today 3/29 which was acceptable as it was a non emergency. Their plumber, Ron I. Believe arrived on time and in no time had my problem fixed. He was an extremely courteous and professional person. The bill was acceptable and I was satisfied. Will use Element Plumbing for future needs.
