John did a complete re pipe on my old house , His work was excellent and his price was very good . I got estimates from another plumber that was a ""friend"" and it would have been 30% higher than what John charged me for the same job .

Once again we used Element plumbing and were extremely satisfied. Our hot water heater was leaking from the top, we called late in the afternoon and John was there on the dot at the appointed time the following day. A dishonest plumber could have charged who knows what, as we had no idea what was wrong. John changed two leaking water lines (had all the parts) in no time at all, and only charged us $150. We will never use another plumber, and we highly recommend them!

I called this plumber because he got such good reviews. My rental unit had a small leak -- the tenant thought it was coming from the supply hose that connects to the toilet. I called John and he sent out one of his guys -- he charged $140 to fix it. (He was supposed to deduct $25 for Yelp, but neglected to do so.) The next day, the toilet started leaking in the exact same spot. So my tenant called John back and he told him there would be no charge for the service call, unless we needed additional parts (which seemed fair). But then, when his plumber came back out, he charged an additional $166 (including the Yelp discount this time) to put in a new fill valve and flapper. I called to complain, but John wasn't willing to refund any money. So basically, I paid more than $300 for two service calls that maybe took 30 minutes combined. I could have had a brand new toilet installed for less than that!

Absolutely will call Element Plumbing for future services and with a home of this age, probably will need them soon..

John from Element plumbing is top notch. We had a few small jobs to do and he arrived only 90 minutes after my call (which was not an emergency and I expected a day or two wait). We turned the water off to replace a valve and instead of standing around waiting for the water to drain from the pipes, he asked me if there were any other jobs to do wihle we waited.

Then when he was finished he mentioned a bad hose into my compactor - he had worked for 40 minutes at this point and I would have had to pay for the hour anyway, so he could have left then and there, but he brought this problem to my attention and fixed the problem in another ten minutes at no additional cost or time.

Very helpful, courteous and professional. Decent rates. Would highly recommend.

I highly highly recommend John from Element Plumbing for ANY of your plumbing issues/needs. He has years of experience, and he has never let my family or my work down. After overpriced plumbers who have not fixed our problems, we finally found John. There is no way we will ever use anyone else! We have relied on John 10 years now for all of our plumbing needs. He redid my parents bathroom, AND has done the repairs for the retreat site at my work. John's knowledge within his trade, paired with his positive attitude, integrity in character, and fair pricing makes him the best guy for the job!

You can't go wrong with John from Element Plumbing. He was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. He did an amazing job replacing fittings on our water heater as well as corroded pipes under the house. If you are looking for an honest, professional plumber with reasonable rates, look no further.

John at Element plumbing is a god send. I was stuck with a leaking toilet and noone to help. John was professional, so honest and there so quickly. What a fantastic experience. He really knows what he is doing and told me the truth about the problem (becaue my brother who is a pro at this was out of town and said he did a great job!), Now he wants to use him also for work at buildings that he manages in SF. Great company and great guy. I am telling you really HONEST. Hard to find that these days!!

Element Plumbing saved my x-mas...I was having family over on X-mas, and on X-mas eve, my dishwasher starts leaking everywhere. John ( owner of Element) came out on X-mas Eve, was very professional, with very reasonable rates and most importantly, HONEST. Everyone needs a good and honest plumber and mechanic, and I now have both! Call him with your plumbing problems!!!!
