We found John to be a moving target. We had much to coordinate for taking out old tub/tile and redo as shower (plumbing, tile, glass, inspections). Being our only bathroom, timing, communication & teamwork were essential.

John was a real Diva! Hard to reach, suddenly busy with other jobs - cost us an extra week. He was rude, angry most of the time, did not show at stated times & didn't call. Complained constantly about how hard the work was & charged us more than quoted, and did not do everything he said he would. We did not need the ADDED stress.

However, he didn't show for the scheduled work this morning, didn't answer when I called, nor has called back.

If you're looking for an honest and trustworthy plumber who knows what they are doing, call John with Element. Plumbing problems can be extremely difficult to detect, and twice John has come through for us to find hard-to-detect type problems. When, I had recently received an incorrect evaluation from another plumber, he saved us thousands of $$ by finding out where the real issue was. He knows how to explain the issues clearly so you can understand it, and then he provides a solution to solve it. He doesn't just make assumptions, instead he really uses his knowledge and skills to make a correct evaluation. He knows what he's doing, and I am really impressed. Seriously, just stop reading these reviews and just go call John to fix your plumbing issues. You will not be disappointed.

John did a complete re pipe on my old house , His work was excellent and his price was very good . I got estimates from another plumber that was a ""friend"" and it would have been 30% higher than what John charged me for the same job .
