Our kitchen flooded about 3 weeks prior to Thanksgiving 2021; with contractors and supply chain issues rampant, we were told by our insurance company not to expect a repair until after Christmas. We met with a couple contractors and heard same. Fortunately we found Paul and his team! Not only we're they competitive with their bid, they were able to get the project done prior to Thanksgiving! And, on top of that, Paul was amazingly responsive to our questions and patient with our requests. Paul's cabinet guys, Ned and Dan, were clearly experts, and painstakingly rebuilt or cabinets under the existing countertops (saving $$!). His demo and repair guys, Oscar and Carlos, were thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Paul and his team; and if/when we're ready for our next project we will be reaching out.

I recenetly worked with Paul Courtwright and his team for some water damage repairs. They were extreamly profesional and diligent in the repair work. I was very reluctant to start the repairs before the insurnace company had approved the estimate Paul sent them. He reiassured me that on my water loss project it was best to start sooner then later and the insurance company could take weeks with the review and to approve the estimate *which they did*. Paul and his team had the repairs completed about three weeks before the insurance company *Allstate, worst company every! If you have them switch now!!* finalized the repair estimate Paul gave them. I'm so glad I listen to him and didn't wait on WorstState. Thank you again Paul for your patience with receiving the insurnace payment and all your insurnace knowledge. You and your team did an amazing job. Best of luck with the bussiness and keep fighting the good fight with the insurnace companies.

First of all, let me just say, look no further, this is the guy right here. I had a water damage in my kitchen to the living room. It was so devastating. I'm truly blessed to be introduced to this company. Paul, the owner is very experienced, knowledgeable and very professional guy. He truly knows his craft but still very humble and kind. Paul and his team are fast, reliable, skillful and very efficient. They will give their 110%. Truly quite an amazing experience with this company. They take pride of their work. Paul is a class A professional. He is polite, concise, informative, communicative, knows his trade,, and does exactly what he says he will do. I interviewed 7 potential businrsses for the job and Element/Paul's estimate and interview and professionalism made it obvious who I wanted to hire. And, I wasn't disappointed. Hands down, he was the right choice. He is was confident in working with my insurance contractor any, too, and got everything he asked for that I needed. And more. Really we came out with a head in the end. And he answered all my stupid questions and did not make me feel less then. He took my calls at all kinds of different hours and responded immediately. This is the way to go if you have water damage or want to do remodeling this is a company for you. He's a very decent human being and he runs a very stellar business. Paul and his crew did a 5 star job for me converting a window into an exterior door, adding a ceiling fan and lighting, an interior door, and a gate for my outside fence. He offered me different options before writing up the contract. All was as expected. They showed up on time, cleaned up each day and all work was agreed in writing with no surprise charges. And the work is top notch. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I am so glad that I reached out to Paul after I read yelp reviews of Element Construction and Restoration company. I am here to write my review of same experience as people said about him, his teams and his company.

Having your house in the worst situation from the copper water supply line leaking inside the drywall above of your kitchen ceiling is so stressful, but Paul, the owner of Element, handled my water damage restoration project smoothly and nicely.

From the beginning to the end of my project, he kept communication with me closely to what comes next and let me know the date, time and his technician names who were sent to by him. He answered all the questions and concerns I had during this time. He inspected each work after each phase was done. He remembered extra little item he would do for me. He kept his promise. So I was in a clear and stress free mind for the entire time.

He is professional, knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. He is an excellent project manager. Paul's teams are wonderful with good quality craftsman works too !!!

I Wanted to share my experience with Mr. Paul Courtwright and his company: Element Construction and Restoration. When I found a house with great bones in the Carlsbad area - I started looking for a contractor that could help take my ideas and create finished living spaces. Meeting with Paul - he came across as honest, smart, with a good sense of humor - qualities I find very important in the construction/remodel world! Those qualities stayed true during all the time I have worked with him. I wanted high quality work and explained my ideas and budget to Paul, and that I was ready to start as soon as possible. Paul solved some challenging technical problems and hired strong and dependable craftsmen /women to complete the work. I have a beautifully updated kitchen, two full bath suites with electrical, plumbing and lighting updates as well. Paul put up with my errors in the process and was patient and good-humored throughout the planning, permitting and build-out. I had a great experience with Element and will continue to hire Paul and his company as needs arise. Element Construction and Restoration receives my highest recommendation. Give them a call!

Living across the country, we were so impressed with Paul's proactive communication and project management skills. He was flexible when an external issued caused a delay in the work mid-way through. Dealing with water damage in the middle of a pandemic was nothing my husband and I had planned. We were lucky and grateful enough to meet Paul and Element Construction. He was referred to us through our remediation team and he quickly reached out to set up a consultation. I can't recommend Element Construction & Restoration high enough! I contacted Paul (the owner) to get a quote to replace the floor and all surrounding fixtures in my bathroom based on a recommendation from my realtor. He responded immediately with a quote which included a very detailed breakdown of the scope of work as well as some additional questions to ensure everything was addressed. The quote I received was extremely reasonable and he stayed on budget throughout the entire project. Paul came out to personally inspect the bathroom and help me create a plan for the remodel--he was very helpful and responsive and was able to guide me through the correct flooring and other materials to select for the job. Oscar and Carlos performed a majority of the work and both were punctual and professional the entire time. We hit a snag which required a plumber be sent out, but thankfully Paul coordinated with Rome to come out and replace the flange for my toilet that same day at a very reasonable price (well below what I would have paid if I had to coordinate the plumber myself) so the project was able to be completed on schedule. At the end of the day, the work that they did was excellent and I am in love with my now-completed bathroom. I highly recommend Paul and his team at Element for whatever your construction/restoration needs may be! This was the most stress-free encounter I've ever had with a remodel (needless to say remodels are never stress-free...), which was the cherry on top of the great work that was done.
