We have an out of state property and when we had a leak in the wall, we had to manage it from afar and put a lot of trust in the contractor. I am so grateful that we found Aaron and Paul. They were communicative and proactive from the start. They kept in constant communication and understood the urgency of completing the repairs and getting the property restored in a timely manner. The estimate was thorough and detailed and left nothing to question. The work was performed expertly and with an eye to detail. They put it all back better than it was when they started! They were fair and honest, pleasant and helpful. We can't recommend them more highly. Thank you both!!

Paul was very responsive and very respectful!

We first were going to go with another contractor to do the restoration of our kitchen after a leak, but the 1st contractor was very pushy, we felt like he was taking advantage of our insurance $, and my husband and I did not feel comfortable leaving him in our home to do the repairs.

We found Paul through Yelp and went ahead and contacted him, he got back to me quick, we set up a time for him to come to the home for the inspection/quote and he was on time (the 1st contractor was not), that same day he provided the quote and then within 1-2 days after we signed the contract, he provided us the documentation needed for us to submit to our insurance. After the work was done by Paul's team, he came for a final walk through to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions.

My husband and I were left with our kitchen looking good as new and they made sure my dishwasher worked after having no dishwasher for almost 2 months! I would definitely recommend Paul and his team for any resconstruction on your home!

We had damage from a leaky pipe in our bathroom which required wall repairs & replacement of the flooring throughout our house. I contacted Paul, and from the first conversation, he was responsive and helpful. Aaron was our project manager and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. With the holidays coming up and dealing with insurance, we weren't expecting to be able to get everything done for a while, but they completed all the work within three weeks of our first contact and we couldn't be happier. All of the workers were skilled, nice & accommodating. Our flooring looks beautiful and all the walls look great. We highly recommend Element!

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Paul, the owner, is one of a kind in how he operates his business. He's timely, responsive, orderly and that's hard to find. He employs some of the best in the business (wood craftsman, electricians and painters) and I can't thank them enough for their hard work on our movie room kitchenette. Check out the before and after photos - I highly recommend!
