Plumber arrived within an hour of our call, on mid-afternoon Saturday, even though we are at northern end of their call area. Free estimate to replace kitchen disposal turned out to be a little higher than another plumber we'd called, but correlated with what we had been told over the phone, (including labor). (No hidden costs). Plumber was friendly, engaging with our curious kids, and interested in the history of this family home that has passed down two generations. Gladly handed over old, broken disposal for a motor dissection with my physics students. Kitchen sink and work area left totally clean. Thanks Drain Doctor!

We had a drain problem from bathroom. The person came within 45 minutes as mentioned on sunday. The person was patient and gave us good alternate of what the issue could have been. We were charged $155 for cleaning up drainage. The job was done in 15 minutes. They give warranty of 90 days. I recommend the service. My builder recommended me this service.

We called drain doctor simply because we often saw the truck parked down the street. had clogged drains, which had been going on for a while until finally all is really clogged. So, we contacted our neighbor, who scheduled us in. Maybe he wants to keep his neighbor happy, but, he did a great job, gave us a fair price, all the while with a smile on his face. I've seen people unclog the drain before and this guy did a thorough job.
Will use them again when needed.

We are long time customers. and happy again with the service they provided. we have some issues with our 105+ home's plumbings, and have have called them every time. we will need some major work soon on it, but we will only be calling Drain Doctor to fix it. Thanks to Brian #33 and Mitch.

We had a leak in the line where the water enters the house. Called them and got the leak fixed in a reasonable time. Matt, the technician, was courteous and explained the work and I would recommend him.

Worse place ever!!! One of the representatives there is very push and her marketing tactics have a lot to be desired. I told her I would tell my landlord about the repair but she took it upon her self to call and tell her. That was none of her business. She was a loud obnoxious piece of trailer trash and once she leaves they might get more business. I think I saw her one day riding with one of the technicians just as I thought she was a piece of trailer trash with a job. Never use this place the trailer trash will eat you alive...lol

Horrible and dishonest service! If u don't wanna get ripped off and deal with unprofessional customer Service issue, I warned! Here a thing, I did the sink floor drain a couple month ago, and got charged with a very high price $145 for just one drain floor, but the service guy agree to compliment 1 yr warranty on it with prove of signature and written note -1 yr. on the receipt. Ok, fine! Even though the price was so high, but for warranty that made me agree to use their seevice beside getting service from the local that usually can take care all the drains just for $80. Only short month, the drain got clod again. I called the company, at first they denied about warranty, however they came to fix it, but after finish they said the warranty will be terminated at this moment. What! What about the price I have paid for, will it be returned. heck! How can they do this kind of business? The service that I got already shown that how horribble work they've done, just did a rough service and charge customer so high and refuse to maintance warranty. Definitely, I don't want to get service from you anymore. I'll call a small local who did the job and never have anymore problem for over year and a half, not just a couple month louZy job. Avoid this company

I called up on Sunday to schedule a person to come on Monday for a slow drain issue. The lady on the phone said they have a person can arrive after 45 minutes (strong sale!). I stated that I was busy and will leave the house soon that's why needed to schedule for Monday. Finally I accept to wait... I strived nearly 15 minutes and called back again telling I really have to leave the house, if the person is not being sent out, please don't send out any one. The same lady replied ""the person will be there after 20 minutes"" (insist me to wait. Never listen to customers.).

An inspector arrived after a while and explained in good knowledge to the drain problem, and quoted me nearly $500 for snake out and uses camera equipment to check the main drain. I thank him for a free bit. He left.

I left my house right after him. I got a call back (in 20 minutes) from the same lady offering me $165 for the same job. Since it's a big difference, I don't have a confident with this deal... I thank to the lady on the phone says I would think about it. The lady replied quickly and impatient: ""It's $165 only if you do it on Monday"" and after that it's going to be the same!"" Hang up...~

This young lady was mad. I didn't do any thing wrong. Can't deal with this again.

everything was fine they came out when they said they would,gave a free estimate. when the service person Matt arrived he was professional , knowledgeable and efficient. when the job was done the place was clean and tested for leaks.

If I could give them no Stars I would. It seems Mr Kim who responded to our home didn't know what he was doing. I had a bath towel completely soaked and Mr Kim initally said he couldn't find a leak. I kept proding and he finally found that my water filter container was leaking. He cut some tubing and re-inserted it and said the leak was stopped. He then told me that there was no warranty for his work, billed me $85. and left. The unit stated leaking again within a few hours. It seemed to my wife and I that he didn't know what he was doing. I would not use this company again.
