Great company. I had used them previously at our condo association when we had needs. They responded quickly and helped to diagnose an issue we had been wrestling with. Even gave us some good advice and some recommended vendors.
Priced very fairly especially for a Saturday visit.

My elderly mother used Electric Snake out of Brewster NY. The serviceman was unclear in his explanation of the cost. When she called the office the ""owner"" was condescending and rude. They have no idea how to speak with people and need to know their audience before they are so rude. Definitely do not recommend this franchise...call an alternative!

Electric Snake came 3 hours after I called in the afternoon. Hector, the technician did a wonderful job of clearing the pipe. He was fast and efficient and always respectful. He took his work seriously and I appreciated that very much. It's comforting to know I would call them again for a clogged drain.

Not sure what the going rates are, but when you need services of this type, you can't nickel and dime with the service they give.

Called them on Friday night at the recommendation of our regular plumber. The main house trap in the garage was plugged and overflowing out into the driveway. They said that they could come out the next morning, which was fine since the leaking wasn't going hurt anything overnight. They showed up spot on time the next morning, quickly figured out that the trap was clogged with some tile debris from our recent bathroom renovation, and got things cleaned up and put back together.
