Brought these guys back. Have recurring 'roots in pipes' problem every 18 months or so, even using root kill. Last time I got roots snaked out and a ""30 day guarantee"" if problem recurs. He had to come back, having not gone far enough. This time from the time he arrived was antagonistic, telling me what he could not do and why ""it was the City's problem"". I am the paying customer! They snaked out, and I still had back-up. He swore it was 'on the City's side' and would not give me any warranty. Called Baltimore City, they came out and camera-inspected and no obstructions. 72 hours after the non-guaranteed Electric Eel work, back flow has returned on one 10 minute shower. All I have is a business card with a PO BOX and no email address. Master Plumber says not their problem, city says not on their side, and I have an official letter saying they camera inspected and I have root ball on my side of cleanout. Instead of everyone blaming the other, I just want the obstruction removed. Either correctly and thoroughly the first time or on a free return visit, preferably a different plumber with fresh eyes and a better attitude.
