I hired these guys to hook up two faucets. They did a crappy job. The sink leaked and the plumber put back parts that were old and covered with paint from our remodel.
I could not believe the bill! They charged me almost $800.00. I asked for an explanation and he said that there were $350.00 in parts. That was total BS. I asked for a detail of what parts were used but never received them. I called the office and spoke to a man who said he was the owner. He promised me that he would send me the requested accounting for his charge but all I got was lip service. I never got an accounting. The plumber came and fixed the leak under the sink and then hustled out, leaving the paint covered rubber flap in place an no justification for charging me nearly twice as much as Home Depot or any other plumber I called when I suspected that I had been treated unfairly.
Would Never recommend this dismissive unresponsive company.

Veni, vedi, vici.
They came, they saw, they conquered. Called about 8 a.m. on a Monday, set appointment for 11-1 interval that day. Truck with 2 guys showed up at 11:30. Points for showing up when scheduled.
I pointed out the electric outlet that they needed, then the cleanout port for the line to my septic tank. They went right to work with their powered snake and had opened the line a short time later.
Fair price. I asked if they gave an old people's discount, and was discounted 10%,
Highly recommend.
Jeff S.Earlier this year, we purchased an old home in the Sugar House area and wanted to have a sewer scope done to ensure there were no major issues. I am a first time home owner and am not very experienced with what I was looking at so I asked a lot of questions. There were a few instances of ""root balls"" in the pipe, but the technicians performing the sewer scope indicated that everything looked good and that the pipe should not need to be cleaned until next year.
A few weeks ago we had a clog in the main sewer line (due to the root balls) which caused flooding in our basement. If the advice given was different, then we would have cleaned the roots and avoided this issue all together.
While the technicians were friendly and other customers appear to have had a positive experiences with them, our situation was different. We had to go through insurance to resolve this issue and it will take weeks to fix.
After talking with other sewer companies along with management at Electric Drain & Sewer Rooter, it is clear the technicians should have recommended the root balls to be cleaned immediately. Unfortunately, in our situation, that does not change the fact that we were told we did not need to clean them for a year and as a result we had a big sewer issue.
Matt M.Came out on a Sunday to clean out a hard to reach main line. Good, hard workers, fair price!
These guys did what they say they were going to do and made the best out of a bad situation for me. Sewer problems at a commercial property is never a good situation, especially when the tenants need to use there bathrooms for their high traffic business. Electric Drain & Sewer came out on short notice and got things fixed for the price they quoted. Can't ask for more than that.
I have used them for years. But all of a sudden they are too busy to call back. Left message after message. No return call. Finally called the office and was told Corby was too busy and to find someone else. Seriously. 2 weeks after the work was supposed to be done.
Yonni J.We have used Electric Drain & Rooter on several occasions to rooter out our sewer line at our home and our rental property. They are very reliable and prompt in getting to your property when you're in a real crisis with your sewer line as we have had in the past. I would highly recommend this company as they are honest and reasonably priced .
As a first-time home owner and someone who is learning the ropes, when my hot water stopped working this morning I freaked out a bit. I went downstairs and noticed an Electric Rooter sticker on my hot water tank (I remembered after the fact we used them to snake our pipes before we moved in!). I called and whoever I spoke to on the phone was kind and helpful, but I wasn't sure if I was doing things correctly so he said he would swing by. Cody and CJ to the rescue! They came down, re-lit the pilot light (because of course it would be something simple), and charged me nothing. Super friendly, went out of their way to help me, and charged nothing. We will use them for any future problems we may have. Highly recommend.
I am a contractor and have used them a few times over the years. I have a friend who had a sewer backup at her house, she called someone else, they snaked the main and ran a camera down it. The sewer line had shifted (broke) where the sewer left the house. This company wanted to bring in a backhoe, rip up some sidewalk and the yard to fix it, estimated the fix to be 1600 bucks. She declined the repair. It worked for a few days and backed up again. She called me because she couldn't afford the fix and didn't want her yard ripped up. I called these guys and had them root it again, he ran a camera down it (no charge) and was able to pinpoint where the break was. The break was only 3 feet down or so, I had my friend dig it up and I repaired it for her. Total cost for the repair was less than 50 bucks for parts and 100 for my labor. That was 10 years ago and she hasn't had a problem since. I just like these guys because they show up when they say they will and they ran the camera for free because they felt bad the other company over charged her (and tried to scam her in my opinion). Anyway, I have used them several times since and feel like they are fair. Not the cheapest but I feel like they are honest.
I had a clogged sink so asked them to clear it. They did a great job of clearing the drain, but when I went downstairs I see that they undid the plug on the main pipe and just let all the black gunk from the drain spray all over the basement onto a cabinet, my dryer, and ruined a good chunk of carpet. I took out a 4 1/2 foot by 8 foot section I need to replace. Then to top it off, they replaced the cabinet where it was ON TOP OF THE GUNKY CARPET!
I texted Cody to ask if it is typical for them to leave the pipe open as they push out all the black gunk onto walls, cabinets, carpet etc.? I got no response.
(sigh)........Are there no honest business people anymore?
