These guys are amazing! Very very honest, knowledgeable and professional. Quick workers who are very careful when in your home. They spent more then half the day at our house replacing drain pipe and they did an incredible job. Chris, Nick, Wade- they are all great. They patiently took the time to answer all my questions. I have had a re- occurring drain problem for years, usually plumbers come in, and just put a band aid on it, charge too much, and don't actually fix the problem. These guys have patience and knowledge and took the time to actually fix the problem at a reasonable price. These guys are really on the ball! I absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to all my family and friends.

I'll be using Eldridge & Sons again. My house is a rental, and communicating from afar can be tough. You have to trust the plumber. I called Nick on a Saturday, and he picked-up. It was a non-emergency issue (a slow leak under the bathroom sink), but he got to the house on Monday. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it right away -- the p-trap had a hole in it. Nick seems fair and honest. Thanks Yelp for the informative reviews.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. From Nicole in the office to Nick and Alex who did the work at our house on the 4th of July..... they were professional, courteous, knowledgable and took pride in their work. They were also honest and reasonable in their pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and refer to my friends and neighbors. It's so refreshing to know there are still companies like this out there.

Got the emergency of bathroom overflow, and contacted Eldridge & Sons this noon. Shortly, Chris showed up and identified the problem. Went back for the tool, and back within 20 mins. Ten more minutes later, done!

We are very pleased with the professional and prompt service Chris provided. Chris is very knowledgeable, and nice. He did his job efficiently, and neatly. The disaster of the bathroom is gone with Chris' help.

I highly recommend Eldridge & Sons Plumbing. If anything plumbing related happens later (I hope not), I have their phone #.

My hot water heater bled out on a Tuesday morning... I called Eldridge and by the time I came home from on Tuesday evening, my new hot water heater was installed and working great. The owner, Wade, was very thorough about explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it.

Having to deal with something like this is never fun, but I'm happy to now have a go to plumber in Cambell.

I needed new shut-off valves in my bathroom installed as they were old and one wouldn't close all the way. I am pretty good at basic plumbing, but I was concerned about the poor condition of the hot side -- that the part might not remove properly or other complication would come up if I tried to do it myself.
I called Eldridge & Son due to good reviews. I described the situation to Nick and he said he could come later the same day. He provided a good estimate of the cost of his time and parts on the phone. He arrived right on time. After an inspection he confirmed the cost and thought there would be no problem.
He did a great job on the replacement and cleaned up afterward. His estimate was perfect. Nick answered all my questions and provided great information for when I am installing my new vanity and sink... he couldn't do that because I have to paint first. :-)

I have had Eldridge & Sons come to my home three times in the past year for three unrelated (small) jobs (one bathtub drain, one toilet constantly running, one kitchen sink/garbage disposal). Each time they were prompt, clean, competent, polite, considerate, and thorough. Oh, and patient and friendly - didn't mind answering my questions. Their hourly rate seems quite reasonable to me for the service level they provide.

Clearly these have been small jobs - but things were fixed right and I had peace of mind. If I ever require a bigger plumbing job I will absolutely call Eldridge first

The great reviews are true--Eldridge & Sons offer knowledgeable, responsive service. First, they call you back. Surprising how many trades do not. They were able to come out immediately and fix our plumbing issue. I would use again and highly recommend.

I've been using Eldridge & Sons since 2008 and haven't been disappointed... ever.

Their first step is always to try to clarify the problem over the phone, and they often recommend simple things that you can do to determine whether or not you really need to schedule a service call. ...And when they do show up at your door, they handle the engagement professionally and treat their customers fairly.

I've found their people to be knowledgeable and helpful, and they're quite simply a great company to do business with.

Without any reservation, I recommend Eldridge & Sons very, very highly.
