No heat in my house at 12:30 am on Saturday morning. 29 degrees outside, uh-oh. Called, and was connected with off hours emergency number. 2 employees called within 7 mins. Technician on my property within 15 mins. Heat fixed within 30 minutes. Warm and safe wife & children: Happiness is! These guys are always great, and in my emergency they were exceptional. I highly recommend.

These guys were terrible and I would not recommend using them for any service. They were paid over $6,000 to replace the drains in a house for a new septic, left the house a disaster full of trash and old plumbing, and did not complete the job correctly. When I called to request the work to be fixed and completed correctly I was told that the work was done that they were hired to do and that I should call someone else to finish the work, they didn't have time. I was amazed at how rude they were on the phone and that they would not stand by their work, simply telling me to call someone else because they couldn't be bothered.

I have hired many plumbers over the years and never received such poor service.

I called for service four times and each time I spoke to the receptionist and I was told they were very busy. It has been over a month with no returned calls for an appointment I was forced to call another plumber. I would not recommend them to anyone..

Just had a great experience with Eldridge. They helped me renovate two bathrooms. Great group of people. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Had a very nice experience with these guys. They were able to show up the day after I called them (non-emergency) to put in shower valve and some shutoffs. Not the cheapest, but good quality and reliable!
