Our thermostatic shower broke while a tenant was living on our property and we, the owners, live far away. We needed a knowledgeable and empathetic plumber who could not only help us find a solution to a complicated issue but also help us acquire the right materials, and Elan was our man! He squeezed us in the same day we called him for a walkthrough of the job, helped me find the right parts on Amazon, then came the following week to fix our shower. We are very happy with his service and would not hesitate to work with him again.

There are no words to say what a saint Elan Balmas Plumbing can do, five stars isn't enough more like ten stars, five diamonds. When my mom's years old garbage disposal wasn't working, she excepted the worst and was already writing a eulogy for it,but Elan came in a in less than thirty minutes had it up and running.

Elan is the man. He has become my plumbing bestie. The first time I called him (in a bit of an emergency), he was here within the hour. And I love a service provider who thinks long term about what the best solution is, and isn't just selling you the quick fix. (Currently dealing with some water heater issues in my building.)

Highly recommend if you need a plumber. Elan was prompt and dealt with a pretty sizeable issue with our main drain line. He was able to fix the issue and install a clean out on our older house to make future cleanings easier. Elan is always pleasant and explains things well. Will most definitely call him again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

This review is unsolicited: Finding a good plumber is very difficult (even stressful) these days. I'm so grateful that I found Elan Plumbing. They were very quick to respond, and very honest. I wish I could give them more stars because they helped me so much with my house. They're clean, they leave the work area spotless without being asked. No job is too small or too big for them; they treat your house as if it were their own. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner! If you want peace of mind, and an excellent job, I highly recommend Elan for all your plumbing needs. They are very professional, and explain everything before starting work. Their prices are more than reasonable for the work that they do. I will definitely use them from here on out!
