Elander replaced my Furnace and AC in Eden Prairie. AJ was amazing he came out and gave a quick estimate. We scheduled quickly and efficiently. He came to do the installation at 7 am and was done and cleaned up by 3:00 pm the same day. When the inspector came, he requested one small change and AJ was back within hours of the inspection to make the change. They helped with submitting warranties and rebates. Someone always answered the phone or replied to my texts promptly. They provided all this amazing service for LESS than the 3 other companies that I contacted. 100% recommend Elander Mechanical.

I have used ELANDER twice; once to replace an existing sump with a whole new unit consisting of.a back up pump and a back up battery and charger. Work was done within an acceptable period of time and done well obviously because when I needed to replace the vacuum/air switch for my disposal, I used them a second time. Two different plumbers and both were on time and respectful of my property. Both did the job in a timely manner . They both answered my questions and both jobs were well done. I absolutely would not hesitate to use ERLANDER again.

Elander Mechanical installed the furnace in our new townhome that we bought in November 2019. Since they did the installation, we had them also do an annual service just to make sure things were in good shape for the winter of 2020. During the recent coldsnap, we woke up on Saturday morning to the furnace cycling on and off, but not keeping up with the outside cold and the house temperature was slowly dropping. We called Elander and Brent from their service department talked us through over the phone how to diagnosis and resolve the problem. Things have been running smooth for this past week in subzero temperatures without any reoccurrence of the problem. Will definitely continue to have Elander help us out with maintenance of our equipment and future service needs.

I had to call Elander on 2 occasions for service. The first was to service the water heater. The second was to service the furnace. Both times they had someone come out same day (within a couple hours, even) when I expected that I would have to wait a day or two at the least. In both cases they were able to get me up and running in no time. Very pleased.

Our builder had elander install the plumbing and hvac. First off 1st night in our new home. Elander left a test plug in our walk in shower and found the water level rising in our walk in shower. Turned off the shower before the water level got to high. Went down stair and found my kitchen was flooded. Found out elander had a faulty drain and never Turned on the water before we moved in. They never cut the plumbing caps off the plumbing vent. The furnace was never set up and still having problems with the A/C. Horrible company beware!!!

Great Service - After Hours!!!!!!
We had a Gas emergency after hours, Center Point energy had to shut off our gas and couldn't repair the issue. So we called the service line and got an answer right away, with confirmation a tech would be there within the hour. The technician Russ was there at 9:30 pm within the hour as promised and fixed our issue in no time. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had, they even followed up the next day and made sure we were taken care. Highly Recommend

We called one day, said it was not an emergency, and they came out the next day anyway. They checked our furnace to find the problem and found out it was a really simple fix. Didn't charge a thing, and were very professional and friendly. We would gladly work with them again.

Stay Away!! Completely unprofessional, they make way to make money and not care about customers, and will leave something loose to make sure you call them again and charge you.
