Gave 1 star cause you can't give 0... Call them cause I had a leak; Overcharged for repair and now there's no pressure and hot water in shower of master room; when we called they refuse to even inspect after they worked last on the piping system. NEVER AGAIN

i was charge 525.00 dollars to replace a waterv alve plumber was done in 1 hour . valve was 69.00 dollars. 456 .00 in labor for one hour. rip off

Called on Friday for a plumbing situation (non emergency) the gentleman was very professional on the phone, explained they were booked for the day and next appointment will be Monday. I agreed, he said someone was going to stop by between 8-10, sure enough I got my call early Monday morning to confirm the visit, the person arrived in a timely manner, again very professional, fixed what had to be fixed all in less than an hour, perfect timing as I had a work call scheduled for 10:00. I do recommend this company

A representative from this company came to our family home to check the boiler that had shut off. Without him doing anything to assess the condition of the boiler he met with our elderly 81-year-old father, and had him sign documents, claiming it was to give him permission to take pictures and enter the home. He asked him how old the boiler was and our father said 15 years old, immediately the person said OH, this boiler is not good anymore, it will need to be replaced because once it shuts off it cannot be repaired and a new one would need to be purchased, which cost about $2,000.00. He never touched the boiler or did any assessment of its condition but charged our father $35.00 cash. Upon being asked if he would try to get the boiler back on he said no, the state regulation doesn't allow me to do that. This is an exploitation of the elderly, he could have asked those questions before arriving at the house and explained that information ahead of time if that was true. Upon him leaving the instructions were read and the boiler was able to be put back on and was not broken as he claimed. Zero stars are what this company deserves.

They were the ONLY company to come out on a Sunday to fix both of my broken toilets. Another plumber said they come out on Thursday 0_o. I will definitely use them again!

Call three times and left a message, but no call back. Sad but true but that is how business get in trouble when they don't get organize for the difficult times.
