DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, Steve was hired to find a water leak in our kitchen the area that he marked didn't even had water lines, the real leak was not even closed to where he marked it .

We hired this company to find a leak in our house. They worked for two days , claimed they had found the leak and installed a bypass and left. Later we found out when we opened the valves , which they had left closed , the leak started again and that it was worse. They failed at locating the leak, which we manage later managed to locate later , they capped the wrong line, and charged for a completely unnecessary bypass ( which now are having checked to if it by itself could cause problems in the future ). Because the left the valves closed we know they never tested their work. We called them about these issues but they failed to show up. Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent, we regret having hired them.

So I am only giving one star due to when the "specialist" arrived he went to the wrong house first. That should have been a clue to his "professional" status in locating leaks.

Let me begin that prior to his arrival I needed to find a water line leak that was inside my house. I had looked at my water meter and knew that it was really not moving but I still needed proof that my problem was not a water line but a water disposal line. So the specialist comes and did the same thing I did by identifying if the water line to my meter was moving. He had told me that there was a way to shut off the house line (which I already knew). So he proceeds to do absolutely no physical labor and was able to conclude that my problem was a water removal line. So I said ok...

so without you doing any work he proved that my problem was a water disposal line. He said yes because if it was the water line "your meter would be moving." I said so how much do I need to pay for you to let me know this. He said $240.00.


I was shocked I had to pay him but I then called another plumber and was able to find out that my problem was a water line and had to pay an additional 100.00 to locate a leak that he said he could find. I have photos to prove that this company has no business determining water line leaks.
