I called Emerson mid morning to report an electrical issue. He was able to get there that afternoon. He tested and replaced 3 outlets and a GFCI outlet. Technically excellent, very responsive, reliable and reasonable. I strongly recommend Emerson for all of your home repairs!

Terrible communication and no follow-through with the job. Waste of time. It is a shame that a company that gets 5 stars on Yelp can act this way. If you don't want the job, say it. It is not that hard to communicate and be professional.

I needed to have the cold water line and valve replaced on my water heater. I called and Emerson said he could do it . He arrived within the hour and was finished within 30 minutes. A+ as far as home maintenance goes. Extremely professional. Excellent communication. Trustworthy, friendly, clean. Emerson didn't rush the job (installation of two ceiling fans) and took the time to make sure the installation was solid and working correctly, before accepting payment. Do not hire him if you want a rush job. That is not what he is about. He is about quality work, not shoddy or rushed. Ekahi Home Improvement is the only one I need for all my home maintenance needs.
