My husband and I have been using EJ Plumbing for 15+ years and they always have exceeded our expectations and provided a fabulous plumbing services for us. Manny Jimenez is the owner and he personally came to my house to check the water heater recirculating pump and found the pump was filled with debris and cleaned the pump without selling me a new pump. This is a testimonial to a reputable and ethical company that goes above and beyond to serve their clients. Their response and notifications to show up is terrific for people like us who are busy with work and cannot devote all day to wait for a technician to show up. We had a sink that was not draining correctly and a problem with our shower cartridges. German and Paul were able to quickly and efficiently address both problems and their fees were more than we would have liked, but definitely competitive. I should note that the plumber our building recommended never returned our phone call or email, so we were extremely happy with the same day service from EJ Plumbing. Their employees were friendly and competent. In the world of plumbing problems, we could not ask for anything more and we would highly recommend them.

Although I didn't use them for my repair (because I got the problem fixed before they came out) I can tell you that the lady I spoke to at EJ plumbing was so nice and helpful and comforting while melted down on the phone in tears over my plumbing drama.

I needed to fix a clogged bathroom sink. The Phone and Yelp chat services were very effective. The technician was professional, polite, and friendly. Great service at a competitive price.

I used EJ Plumbing to repair a backed up kitchen sink, and the repair took about an hour, and did not require any new parts. In spite of this, they charged $400 for the work, which is obviously extremely excessive. While the work was done, the cost was way out of line with what it should've been, and in my protest to them challenging this cost, they refused to change their position. As a result, I will not use this firm again.

I wholeheartedly give Sam 5 stars (and I don't often write reviews). At first, I thought he was another friendly, charming person, but later saw that he genuinely wants to help his customers. While he waited for the flushing process to complete for my hot water heater, he looked at an issue that I pointed out with my bathtub faucet, made an adjustment which fixed the issue, and he didn't charge me. He also made recommendations and gave advice that were very helpful. Thanks Sam!
