Our water heater sprung a leak while we were on vacation, and EJ Plumbing got us on their schedule 2 days after we returned.

Ryan Kennedy arrived promptly at 10, took a look at our 25 year old heater - which was rusting out and in need of replacement - and priced out a couple of replacement options within an hour. We selected a tankless design, and he got on the phone to get his team out that day, with the understanding that the job might require a revisit to finalize the electrical work.

Alesandro, Christopher, Javier, Angel, Manny, Eduardo, Polo, and Richard were at the house all afternoon, and finished the project by 5 - no revisit needed. They left everything clean, the work looks great, and our water is hot again - much faster than anticipated!

I had Isaac and Lenny come out for an estimate and to do the repair on an outside line. Both servicemen were knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done, and the price was fair. Work was completed within the hour. They taught me how to check the water meter and talked about some other possible services that I might do in the future. It was overall a wonderful experience, my problem was fixed, and I learned some new things in the process.

We had a complicated clog in our kitchen sink line and our experience with EJ Plumbing surpassed any other positive plumber experiences. From the quick and courteous response to giving the cost estimate up front and kind/professional attitude from the plumber, everything went very smoothly and problem was quickly resolved. Special shout out to Cristian P. for clear communication and expert repair work. The repair seemed to be done thoroughly without any shortcuts. One very minor thing that meant so much to me was that after the clog repair, our kitchen sink was cleaned--I was not looking forward to cleaning up that leftover debris from the cleared sink clog. I like that they are a family-owned local company and loved the super professional work and outstanding customer service. If we ever have any future plumbing issues, EJ Plumbing will be the first company we call.

We have been out of water beater for several weeks. Some other company with good reviews said they ordered parts, then they had the parts, but then they didn't have the parts... it was dragging!

We called EJ Plumbing on Tue. Samuel Delgado and his team arrived Wed w/ a mew heater, and we have hot water!

Thank goodness I found EJ Plumbing. Every time my husband or I used our master bath or shower, a small wet spot would appear on our carpeted floor. I knew it was an internal problem since nothing was dripping directly on the floor. I called EJ Plumbing. Every step from explaining the problem and scheduling an appointment, via phone, with Melissa, to the problem being diagnosed, the work being done and receiving the final invoice was an absolute positive experience. Ryan Kennedy was the first technician to arrive. He diagnosed the problem, scheduled the actually work to be done, and wrote up the final invoice. His service was outstanding. He treated my husband and myself like we were his family - no exaggeration! Santiago and Angel Jorge did the actually work and they too were outstanding. They even figured out a way to correct the problem without having to break up my wall which was pure genius if you ask me since others in the past said it couldn't be done. They did a fantastic job. They were all very professional, very knowledgeable, and very respectful. Ryan, although he had been called to another job, still made sure he followed up with us. He keep us posted as to who was coming and what was going to be done. He even stopped by to make sure all was great. I don't know where you find that kind of service anymore!!! EJ Plumbing has my very highest recommendation. My husband and I are most appreciative. Thank you!

I thought my water heater was leaking into the shared wall with my powder room. EJ Plumbing came out very quickly and found a corroded pipe in my bathroom instead. They gave me several options for repair, were fair in negotiating pricing, and they did a phenomenal job being extra careful with cuts in the walls and floor. Long story short, I decided on a full copper repiping job plus a new water heater since my old one had lived past it's expected life span. All the technicians EJ Plumbing sent were very hard workers. They patched things up very well, and went above and beyond in keeping me aware of what was going on at all times, as well as keeping very tidy since I was working from and living in my house while the work was being done. Shout out to Ryan who managed my project, and Manny, Edgar, Santiago, Polo, and Mario for their diligent and quality work!! (There were probably others whose names I didn't get, but not a bad one in the bunch.)

My water heater stopped working. Booked an appointment online last night (after hours), which was fast and easy; and I chose a 4 hour window the next day. Got a text this morning, confirming they'd come ... then a call and another text saying exactly when they'd arrive. Our technician (Ben) was knowledgeable, professional and patient, and explained our options clearly and articulately. New water heater installation was done in maybe 2-2.5 hours total. Recommend EJ Plumbing -- will use again, as plumbing needs arise.
