We had a horrible experience with Eire Plumbing specifically Robert Clem. He came to our house. After the fact of the job being complete he decided to charge double what he was asking before. Imagine if you will being told you were spending $400 and being charged $800. Ridiculous and do not recommend!

We have used Eire Plumbing on several occasions. On 5/14/20 he replaced our broken Garbage Disposal and unclogged our kitchen sink. On 8/1/22 he fixed a leaking bathtub faucet, replaced a leaking 34 - year old Laundry Room Faucet, replaced associated non-working Laundry Room Shut Off Valves, and replaced our 34 - year old heavily stained fiberglass Laundry Sink. On 8/11/22 he replaced our leaking 34 - year old Kitchen Faucet with a newer style giving the sink area a more modern look.

Each time his service and workmanship has been exceptional. He went above and beyond because the Laundry Room Sink size was no longer available, so he had to cut and modify our countertop to fit the new slightly larger sink, which you would never know had been done. His prices are reasonable, he explains things thoroughly, he's on time, and cleans up well after each job. We would highly recommend him. It is a relief to know we have an excellent reliable plumber we can call on.

Highly recommend Rob. Prompt an reasonably priced. Called him the day before Thanksgiving with a kitchen sink clogged. Rob worked me into his schedule- it was late in the day when he arrived but he quickly unclogged the drain and saved Thanksgiving!

He is punctual, coordinates well by e-mail and text, gives wise recommendations on alternative solutions/fixtures for different budgets, cleans up thoroughly when he is done working, and charges fair rates for his excellent work. In our house, he has done everything from remodeling an entire bathroom to installing a new garbage disposal, carefully cleaning out old pipes, locating/fixing slow leaks, and replacing old pipes when needed. He is always professional and a pleasure to deal with. We have relied on him for years, trust his judgment, and can testify to the high quality of his work.

Robert replaced a damaged shower valve for me today. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, professional and did a fast and efficient job. In spite of a complication, the shower tiles made access to the valve difficult, he did a careful and thorough job. I was especially impressed that he went to an extra effort to keep water from entering the wall behind the tile. The price was extremely reasonable and it was a truly pleasant experience. I would use again and recommend Eire Plumbing.

I had Rob come out from Eire plumbing for a $99 service call. He left an $875 invoice. Charged $200+ to replace the water valve to the toilet. I would not recommend this plumber

Rob is courteous, prompt, and dogged in his determination to find and fix a problem. In our case it was a chronically clogged drain in our 1959-era home. Rob was able to unclog the drain in record time so I asked him about a clogged drain in my powder room sink. He couldn't see anything obviously wrong so we scheduled another visit. It took quite a lot of time, muscle, and patience for him to find the problem, but find it he did! (I had had two other plumbers look at the problem and neither could figure it out.) He's coming out to install a new kitchen faucet next week and has become my ""plumber for life.""

Rob is very respectful of my home and is careful not to damage or soil anything while working. He always leaves the area super clean afterward.

I live in an old house (1930) with old pipes and slow drains. Unfortunately, my bathroom sink clogged the day before I was supposed to host a large party. I contacted Eire Plumbing and Rob was able to come out the same day. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and set right to work. When he was finished, Rob made sure the work area was clean and explained the work he'd performed. The rate for service was very reasonable, and less than I'd paid for a similar issue in another property. Large companies can be hit-or-miss with different people coming to your house each time. Since Eire Plumbing is a one-man shop, I know I will always get the same quality service. Rob is a true professional and I wholeheartedly recommend Eire Plumbing!
