I was distraught that the toilet of my main bathroom had again become clogged. This toilet had just been serviced a few weeks before this new overflow incident. Tom Annan arrived right on time. He explained that the previous work had not been thorough. He showed me the specific areas and parts that required attention. He quoted a fair price. I was relieved to cross this emergency off my list. I will certainly contact Einstein's again.

I had Joe came to the resecue. He knows exactly what he's talking about. Took 4 teams from national grid to confirm that joe was correct. If you need someone who can diagnose and fix, he's the one. I am not giving him a 5 star because he charges an arm and a leg, but then I had an emergency and it was the weekend.

A friend of mine in Brooklyn needed emergency plumbing repair services, these gentlemen came to her place, reviewed what needed to be do and gave her a price of $3,000. She found another handyman who did the needed plumbing repairs and made several other needed repairs for exactly 1/5th ($600.00) of their quote. If you want to be ripped off go to these clowns!!

My landlord hired Einsteins Plumbing Inc to resolve a terrible leak in my apartment. The leak was so bad that my bathroom ceiling was literally failing off everyday. I had a huge growing hole and water was constantly leaking. A super in this building and his helpers(claimed to be plumbers) came here multiple times trying to correct this matter for weeks and nothing was accomplished. I couldn't use my bathroom safely and I was worried about mold and hygiene. But it's finally over now; a huge thanks to Einsteins Plumbing Inc solve this issue so quickly!

A technician named Tom came to work on this issue and he did an amazing job. He came yesterday evening to check the leaking and pipe conditions with his assistant. It was already pretty late that day, so today at 11AM, he came back to my apartment and worked on and fixed the leaking all by himself(he had to go back and forth between upstairs and my apartment in order to install the new pipes). I saw that he had prepared all necessary parts, tools to fix this issue in advance, thus everything went smoothly. One wish; I wish my landlord found them 2 weeks ago!

I must say, during the session, he was very professional, focused, and I could tell that he knows what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and last but not least, he was a great communicator and down to earth person.

After the completion, Landlord's son came to my apartment and checked his work and he was also satisfied about it. I am just so happy and relieved that no more leaking problem for me!

For these above reasons, I asked Tom where I'll be able to leave my positive review, because he definitely deserves it. He told me about Google Review, but I am leaving my review here, too!

I highly recommend Einsteins Plumbing Inc and Tom! Thank you guys!

First off, I'm perplexed at all the negative reviews posted regarding Einstein's Plumbing and Heating. I'm sharing my experience as outlined below:

I don't feel I have the words to describe how great Joe and Einsteins Plumbing Inc were to us but I'll do my best to convey in short and in specific details when Joe and Josh visited our home on September 13, 2018..

Short Story: Terrific Service, prompt response (despite the Brooklyn traffic congestion) and worked with me regarding price. He treated our Brooklyn home with impeccable care and I will confidently leave my home to his care in regards to any future plumbing and heating needs.

Long Story: We were in a bind with our clogged toilet/sewer line. We simply had a clog that frustrated a few plumbers. Joe Collins was highly recommended by my wife's friend and he did not disappoint. He and his staff were the utmost professional, giving me a quote ahead of time for the work. He shared if snaking the line didn't work, he wouldn't charge me. He was able to clean the delicate sewer line from our 120 year old house after much speculation from other plumbers that it was broken. He gave us sound advice on how to proceed going forward to ensure good flow. I am beyond satisfied. There are good, honest caring plumbers out there. Going forward, I am loyal to Joe and Einstein Plumbing and Heating Inc.

Run Away. $900 to install/replace 2 fill valves. Wasnt even the problem. Total incompetant ripoff with very fast service.

Since solving a major flood in our basement, Joe and his guys have been our go-to plumbers. From replacing mechanicals to getting the garden hose to work, no job has been too big, too small, or too last-minute. Einstein's is responsive, flexible, tidy, and always gets the job done right. Highly recommend!

I just got a quote of $500 to literally unscrew a brand new drain from a brand new sink and refit it. And was charged a $69 fee to receive the quote. Clearly this is a company that sees opportunities to charge whatever they see fit and is unscrupulous enough to do so.

I know I should have asked what it would cost to have them give me a quote, but $500? Seriously?

Rip Off! At first I was really appreciate of their timely response to my online inquiry, the auto reminder that I had an appointment, and the tracking system the day of the appointment. Our kitchen sink was clogged an none of the products we tried worked. The plumber told us we needed, ""new waste piping on sink and snaking line to basement. Est. $769.00"". We paid almost $100 the ""trip fee"" for someone to stand in my kitchen and give me quote. Didn't even pretend to look under the sink or fiddle with the basin. I was also told if the snaking broke the drainage pipe in the basement it wasn't their fault because apparently we shouldn't have tried to use a chemical product first.
When our landlord sent a plumber the guys asked for a wrench and a plunger. After an hour, they used a snake and the sink was fine. No parts replaced. He actually tried doing something with the sink before giving a diagnosis for the problem. Save your money. I wish I had checked Yelp before I called these guys.
