Every aspect of how they run their business is great. They are always making sure you know what's going on and they make sure you are happy.

Their technician that helped repair my water heater gave great service. He showed up on time and was friendly with a smile on his face.

Other places could only make it out to my place to do the repair a few days later, they were the only ones willing to come out that same day that I called in.

Also good prices. Highly recommend.

They have been such a help to us! They replaced a new water heater before we were going out of town this past weekend. We were in such a rush and in such a hurry we were panicked we wouldn't be able to find anyone. The main reason we were worried was because our old water heater had started to leak and we couldn't just let it keep leaking and take care of the problem when we got back. Einstein Water Heaters helped us get it switched out fast. They installed the same brand of water heater we previously had since that's what we wanted. Their service was outstanding and I can't say enough great things about these guys. They are very nice people.

I was staying over at my cousins this past week and the water heater went out. We were recommended Einstein's so we gave them a call and they were quick with scheduling an appointment and they had friendly customer service.

Once Cody got to the house he explained what was going on and that it was an easy fix, he went ahead and did what all plumbers do and wallah the water was up and running. Cody's communication skills were amazing, he made sure we knew what all was going on and went on his way.

Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone not sure of who to call when having problems with your water. Customer service and response time was top notch and though this had never happened to me or my cousin before we will definitely call them and recommend them to anyone who has problems with their water heater.
