They are refusing to provide an estimate over the phone for a plumbing service that we already had diagnosed. They want to charge a $33 sham charge for their plumber looking ""with his own eyes."" I am extremely disappointed with this money grubbing behavior.

I usually use Einstein Plumbing but they didn't have any technicians available to deal with my rather emergent problem. After calling literally every other plumber that was open I called Einstein back to see if there was anything they could do. The dispatcher (Sarah, I think) called all of their clients to see if someone would cancel so that I could have their appointment and thankfully she found someone to give up their appointment for the following day. (A big thanks to whoever that person is as well!) My technician was prompt, professional, friendly and fixed my problem. Couldn't be happier with their service!

Called this outfit to repair a damaged water pipe in my garage at the incoming point, old plumbing was inadequate so they replaced the old run with new pipe, on time, good job, clean, polite, fair price, what's not to like?
