Courteous & Professional. I called to request my plumbing repair late on a Friday afternoon. Though it was still during business hours for most companies, Einstein was the only company to return my call promptly. Since it wasn't an emergency, they scheduled me for Monday afternoon. Once some of the other Bend companies finally called back, the best they could offer was 9 days out! Einstein came to my house & provided an estimate for the work to be done. They don't bill based on hourly rates but instead have categories based on the plumber's estimate of the time & materials needed to complete the job. No change orders unless they run into extenuating circumstances. If you decide to get another quote, you'll be charged a $67 estimate fee. If you decide to proceed, they waive the estimate fee. Once I gave the OK, the plumber went to work and was done within an hour. Very happy with the service and relieved to have my plumbing back in working order!

Nice guys, but way overpriced. They wanted to charge my elderly mom over $3000,00 for a few plumbing services. When I found out the bid was this high I called to complain, The owner as nice as he was, offered to reduce my moms bill to $1500,00 Still way Over priced, He did offer to return the $87,00 estimate fee, ****they do not give free estimates****
I found an honest Plumber that got the job done for $404.00 it took 3 1/2 hours. WOW!!!! What a big difference..,,,

We had a major leak under our kitchen sink , it started on a Saturday night at 9pm.. We were unable to stop the spewing water and started calling plumbers who offered 24/7 service. Einstein Plumbing answered their phone immediately and had a plumber to our house in 20 minutes. Travis immediately identified the problem and serviced the leak until further repairs could be made on Monday. We received a call first thing Monday morning and had another plumber out that day. Their attention to detail, customer service and pricing was immeasurable and we were very confident in their knowledge and expertise. Thank you Dan and Travis, we will use your company again and refer all of our friends to you. Great job, great honest company and competitive pricing.

These guys were amazing. They quoted a price and then ran into all kinds of problems not of their doing. The price stayed the same. They showed up in time, with email notices, they sent the bill with before and after pictures and the tech (Thomas) was very service oriented. If you want quality, these are the guys.

This company doesn't even deserve the one star rating.
I bought a home in Bend, Oregon. Before moving in I had a small leak. Einstein came out because my homeowners policy referred them. Sooo, Einstein, told me it was a repipe and the bathroom would need to be re-plumbed. Ouch, not covered by insurance. We waited and looked at the plumbing problem ourselves since we lived out of town. The problem was simply a loose connection. Tightened it and problem solved, paid them $60 to come out .
Round 2, moved in and smelt a faint gas smell. Called the gas company , they confirmed it and told me they would have to turn the gas off to the house. Insurance company sent Einstein out. My spouse called Einstein and explained to them that our gas was shut off and that it was important to get the leak fixed. They assured him the person coming out was qualified. He showed up at 5pm Friday , looked around, said he could come back Monday and left. No gas=no showers, he wouldn't pressurize the system or at least isolate the leak. Never again, no thanks, would never recommend .
