When I walked out to the garage this morning I was hit by a blast of hot, humid, sauna-like air ... and a garage floor that was flooded with water! Hot water heater failure ... and I had Airbnb guests checking in later in the day. Cue panic.

I checked Yelp for ""hot water heater"" repair close by and found Einstein. They were a mile away, had perfect ratings, and I liked the name. Bingo.

The service could not have been better. They were cordial, upfront and straightforward about price, didn't try to upsale, very responsive, and the installer (Chris) knew what he was doing. Could not have gone better.

I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

I had the best experience with this company. We r going out of town tomorrow, and last night I discovered that the faucet of the laundry tub downstairs was leaking and starting to flood the basement floor. It is an old faucet from the 1940's and not worth fixing. I called this company after hours but Chris answered. I told him the problem and he asked me to text some photos, which I did. Then we talked about a solution, which was to remove the faucet and to attach two spigots at the wall. He came today as promised and fixed the problem in no time flat and left us very happy and relieved to go away without worry. Thank you Chris!

I chose Einstein Plumbing to replace my 11 year old water heater in the condo that I use as a rental last weekend... And I am so glad that I did! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get an appointment - I called on a Friday and the plumber was at my condo on a Monday... In spite of the fact that it was a holiday weekend (it was Memorial Day).

My water heater is in a small closet, a VERY tight space, and I had heard from another plumber back in 2014 that if I didn't get it replaced before new regulations went into effect in April 2015 that replacing it would require a major renovation [at this point I think that he was just trying to pressure me into changing it out with him that day]. Chris assured me that this was not the case after I sent him the measurements to the closet. On the day of my appointment, he was quick and efficient at completing the job and cleaned up after himself when he left. The quoted price to replace the water heater matched the actual price down to the dollar. I was very happy with the quality of his work, the customer service that he provided, and the price.

Honestly, the only issue with my plumbing job was that his previous job ran over a little bit so he was about 30 minutes late to my appointment. Extremely minor issue in the grand scheme of things (and, in all honesty, pretty good for a contractor). Certainly not something that would prevent me from hiring Einstein pluming in the future.

These guys are amazing!!!  I had a major issue with my water heater, and called after 8pm. We were in luck! Someone actually answered and assured me they would be by in the morning to have a look. In the morning, I got a call that Dave, the plumber was on his way.  Upon arrival, and a pretty thorough evaluation, he explained that my water heater was beyond repair and needed to be replaced.  My new water heater was installed within an hour and at such a reasonable rate! They are professional, clean, honest, and do an exceptional job.  6 stars! :D Highly recommend!!

I am SO happy with Einstein Plumbing. Dave is a true expert plumber. Not only was he professional but he worked really fast and efficiently.

I was a little nervous due to the fact that I spent some $$ on two different plumbing companies within the last 6 months to do what I thought were fairly simple jobs (replacing a garbage disposal and installing a new kitchen faucet.) My condo was developed in the 80's and plumbing can be a bit complex. The last two plumbing companies either damaged my counter or could not finish the job. Dave, on the other hand, did a fantastic job. While he was here I asked him about installing a tankless water heater. I have a 12 year old hot water heater that needs to be replaced soon. Dave spent the time explaining the differences between the two and going over the pros and cons of tankless water heaters. I feel I learned a TON and am really looking forward to having him do the work in the future.

Very happy with the service I received from Jeff. I called in the morning with a major leak under my kitchen sink. He was able to figure out a lot with photos texted to him and he was there the same day to make the repairs, which included a new garbage disposal unit. He has you buy the parts directly from Home Depot for pickup so he is not marking up parts at all, and his labor costs are very reasonable. A few days after he left I noticed that the leak returned. He came back and fixed the problem, standing by his work. Definitely recommend and will use again.

This place is great! I called for service on Tuesday afternoon and was immediately given a time for service on Wednesday morning! They called me before they came out and showed up right on time. The job was a difficult one, since the faucets were thirty years old and difficult to remove. They did an excellent job of removing the old fixtures and quickly installing the new ones. I also had them replace the garbage disposal. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

These guys are ridiculous. They were aware I lived downtown and when he couldn't deal with parking downtown or servicing a condo. If i could give them 0 stars I would. Completely rude. I've never been so disgustingly talked to by someone in a service industry. ""Time is money"" so he couldn't find parking.

Totally legit. I needed a new valve for my toilet (not just in the tank -- on the wall too) and first I called Beacon. Total nightmare. I practically had to threaten to call the cops to get the guy out of my house (see my 1 star review of those fools).

Then I wisely checked Yelp, saw the good reviews of Einstein and gave them a try. Not only did they give me a quote over the phone, it was about $170 LOWER than what the jokers at Beacon offered. $170 is a lot of money!

The work done was fast, the plumber was cool, everything was done well and I couldn't be more happy. Definitely give these guys a try!
