What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! As a new homeowner, I am pretty particular about how everything should look, and I really want to make sure to find the right guys for the job. I came across their website, and got in touch with Dave. He was really friendly, and listened to every detail that I wanted, repeating my list back to me and confirming details that I might not have thought of. When he arrived in person, he was just as friendly as he had been on the phone. Super polite and respectful, the whole time keeping my vision in mind. I really felt like he cared about my project as much as I did. My master bathroom sinks look perfect, and I feel really great about them.

Loved them!! I would highly recommend using them if you're looking for a company that will go out of their way for you and then some!! I was looking for same day service and after striking out with several other plumbing companies I gave Einstein a try. The owner was extremely helpful and although they were booked he called me back and said that one of the plumbers was working near our house and could stop in. He was able to fix my water heater quickly. I called the owner to thank him as well and convey my appreciation for how responsive they were and their great customer service. I would highly recommend Einstein Plumbing!!

I couldn't have asked for a better customer service from a business. After spotting a leak under my water heater, I had a good feeling it needed to be replaced....well sure enough, I was right. Needed it done fast because taking a cold shower in November isn't ideal. They had me send in some pictures of the issue and then they were able to give me a quote through text. I thought that was really convenient. They were honest and willing to come the same day so I knew I wanted to use them. My hot water now works even better, runs longer and I have a lot better water pressure.....If you're needing a new water heater, I recommend using them as they are the best around town. Thanks for the great service, it was nice getting my hot water back on the same day!

I cannot begin to tell everyone what a great company this is! First of all, I am on disability retirement which they took into consideration when giving me my quote and scheduling my appointment to replace an ancient water heater. When they called me to schedule, I got a next day early morning appointment. They were early and finished in less than an hour. They are extremely nice, professional and friendly. I got several quotes and their pricing is very good. I will absolutely use this company again and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Loved the service provided - quick, efficient, no nonsense. My fridge was leaking water all over the place. I had to shut down the main water to the entire house in order to stop it. Todd showed up; worked some plumbing magic and I was able to take a shower and get back to normal far faster, and at less cost than expected. Definitely recommend.

I am absolutely stunned by these guys! They were absolutely great, they have no problem working on off hours or on off days. I had my tankless water heater installed on a Sunday night! Can you believe that?! I was actually shocked that they said they would come out that late, I even double checked with them! Their receptionist was very pleasant and helpful when getting my information. I immediately saw they are professional and have good hard people working here. Their plumber was a delight and he showed up on time. It took a little bit to get the job done and I apologized because he had stayed so late; he was totally okay with it and kept saying there was no need to apologize. He was an extremely nice man and efficient worker. I'm very happy with my experience and my new water heater. Make sure to call them if you're in need of a new water heater installed or an old one repaired, they will not disappoint you!

I used Yelp Reviews to assess this company. They are so helpful. Our hot water tank ruptured and we needed to repair quickly. I compared companies on Angie's list, Google, Yelp, and HomeAdvisor. I decided to call Einstein based upon the good reviews and reasonable prices. I contacted them early in the morning about a bid. They quickly advised me what it would cost and agreed to come out the same day. The bid seemed reasonable so I asked for them to come out and take care of the job. Then chaos occurred. And not because of Einstein.. Einstein was remarkable. Apparently, when you check prices on HomeAdvisor the contractors become aware of it. Einstein was scheduled to come out to our house between 11 and 1. I was out of town so I said just check in with my husband. This was the only company I contacted for a bid. So, I felt reasonably assured this would work out fine. Well, my husband is legally blind. And what happened is unreal. Because another company saw that I had inquired on HomeAdvisor, they appeared at our house at about 10 o'clock. Of course, my husband thought it was the company I had contacted. Whatever confusion occurred, they had him sign an invoice that was more than the Einstein bid and did not explain that they had just come in like vultures knowing we were seeking a bid. And they then took off to do the installation later. We never asked them to bid... is this not crazy? Why were they at our house when we didn't ask them for a bid? Luckily, Einstein came to the rescue. They showed up at 11 or so and contacted me. Chris was incredible. He just asked if we really wanted them to do the job. Since I had asked them to do the job they were a little confused. He was absolutely wonderful. They assisted us around cancelling the other contract and did a fantastic job of installation. I will use them again and again. They are reasonably priced, customer service oriented, and ""great"" people.

Great company. We desperately needed a hot water heater replaced and these guys definitely came through. They were very professional and courteous on the phone. Dave came out and was very friendly and listened to my complaint. He was very careful with our flooring and i really appreciated that!! He took great and very accurate measurements to make everything fit properly in a pretty tight space. Dave took his time and we were very happy with the service.

The pricing was very transparent and fair compared to some other companies I called. We were very happy with our experience overall and will definitely call them again for any other plumbing issues.. with plumbing it's not if, it's when.... so it's great to have people like Dave at Einstein Plumbing to save the day.

I am in awe of how amazing the customer service was! Dave went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn't be happier! We woke up Saturday morning to no hot water. We gave Einstein Plumbing a call and spoke with Dave. Unfortunately, he said he was already full for the day but could schedule us for the next morning. We had a day trip planned on Sunday that couldn't be rescheduled. My fiancé and I had called a ton of other plumbers and most either didn't pick up or couldn't come out until Monday. I asked him if there was any possible way he could squeeze us in and told him we would be happy pay him extra for his time; we just REALLY wanted our hot water back on before we left on our trip as it would have been even more stressful to try to deal with it during the week days and have to take off work. Dave said he would give us a call back after he was done with the other job he was working on to let us know if he had any ability to fit us in same day. He called back 30 minutes later and let us know that he would make us his last stop of the day! He arrived around 8pm and within an hour he had our hot water heater working again!!! Not only did Dave help us when he didn't have to he also wouldn't let us pay him extra. Thank you so much Dave for helping us out and being so kind!! We truly appreciate everything you did for us!

Easiest 5 stars I've given in a long time. They did a great job replacing my water heater. Came out on short notice, gave me a great price and replaced the unit in a flash. They were friendly and very professional. Keep up the great work!
