Great workers with amazing service! Dave and his helper came out to install a new water heater for us when ours suddenly stopped working. I wasn't exactly sure how old the water heater since we just moved in not to long ago. Dave looked it up for me and said since it was 14 years old it was too risky to repair it and that he felt replacing it would be the best option. The installation process didn't take long and I had my receipt via email the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again but I hope I don't have to anytime soon.

It was a Friday evening when we opened the laundry room and discovered rusty water all over the floor. We then noticed it had permeated into the adjoining living room and was soaking through the carpet (new installation yelp review coming soon...) Our 50 gallon hot water tank had rusted through the bottom.

We called and emailed multiple places trying to see if someone could come over the weekend but at that point they were either closed or non-responsive. I found Einstein on Yelp and even though it was 8:15 and the hours listed them closing at 8pm, I decided to take a chance and give them a call anyway. I was shocked and relieved that Dave answered the phone immediately, gave me a quote, and told me they could be there the next day. He told me to send over some pictures and they'd give me a more accurate quote.

We ran into a snag when they found out our water heater was a rare type (direct vent) that they didn't carry on their truck, but they still tried to contact the warehouse that had them to see if they'd open up for them on a Saturday. They kept our slot open and told me they'd let me know right away if they were able to procure the tank we needed in the morning, so we turned off the water and went to bed with our fingers crossed.

By 9:30am Dave texted to let us know they were able to find someone to open up the warehouse for them and let me know his tech would be calling me. Almost immediately, his tech Chris called to confirm our details and was at our house hours later.

When the people we called and emailed did get back to us Saturday morning, no one had time to help us or couldn't get our type or water tank in time to replace it over the weekend. At that point it didn't matter, we had already decided to move forward with Einstein.

I could not be more grateful for how quickly Dave and Chris took care of us, and for going above and beyond to make sure we we had it replaced quickly. And even though our water tank is a more expensive type than standard ones, the price ended up coming in considerably lower than another quote we received.

While our new hot water tank shouldn't fail for a while, I will definitely call Einstein if we have any other plumbing problems.

I had my water heater go out Friday morning. I took to Yelp to find a well rated plumber that would be able to come out and replace my tank over the weekend. I called Einstein plumbing at 6:30pm Friday night. I was greeted by a very friendly person on the phone that assured me that they were up to the task. I answered a few questions about my hot water tank and I was asked to take a picture of my tank and send it to their hot water tank guy. Within a few minutes of sending the picture Chris replied and gave me a fair quote stating that he could be out around 8-9am Saturday morning if I wanted to go with them. Of course I did.

Chris showed up right around 9am after texting me Saturday morning to tell me that he was in his way and when to expect him. When Chris arrived he was very friendly and very professional. He took a look around and assured me that he would make quick work of my replacement. I sat down to finish my coffee and there was a knock on my door 20 minutes later. Chris was done. He showed me what he did and everything looked great. I had a brand new hot water tank by 9:30am. I paid and off Chris went.

I am a very satisfied customer of Einstein Plumbing and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Our Bradford White water heater went bust in the evening after dinnertime, and Chris picked up our call and came to our place the very next morning. So glad he picked up the call so late after regular business hours because the water heater was leaking and we were afraid of water damage because it's on the 2nd floor of our place. They came right on time and did the work quickly and were friendly and professional. They replaced our water heater with a Rheem brand heater, which looks eco-friendly. They hauled away the old heater (at no extra charge), and our heat and hot water are working great now. Would definitely recommend these guys! Also, luckily, there was no water damage from the old heater leak!

Einstein saved the day ! My toilet was ready to fail, and they came out quickly. Scheduling went very well with the dispatch office, and they even sent an e-mail to confirm that Greg was on his way to our house. After a complete [but quick] analysis, Greg realized that the vintage toilet should be retained, but it needed a complete replacement of the valves and flushing mechanisms. This he did, and our special toilet was saved ! In addition, at my request, he did a quick review of our main sewer line situation, and he'll submit a quote to have a clean-out installed in the yard [ we only have a clean-out in the inaccessible crawl space, under the house. ] In brief, we have a great toilet now, and we'll do the sewer clean-out with Einstein soon.

SUPER FAST SERVICE! I experienced my first plumbing emergency late Saturday night when the handle to my shower broke off with the water still running. I was in panic mode and my property management company wouldn't pick up the phone. Einstein plumbing quickly answered my call and had a plumber at my house within the hour. Todd was able to shut off the water and returned the following morning to install the new handle. Couldn't be more happy with the service I received. I recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service and will be a returning costumer if ever need be!

We we introduced to Einstein Plumbing after having a bad experience with Beacon when my water heater broke. It was a holiday and we had a house full of guests. First we called up Beacon and the guy they sent was rude and pushy and we had to pay him $100 just to look and he kept pressuring us not to try and fix it.

Luckily we were referred to Einstein Plumbing from a friend and were so glad that we did!!! You can't go wrong with these guys.

I was connected with Einstein Plumbing through ThumbTack. Einstein did an excellent job replacing my Master Bath sink fixtures. I struggled removing the old fittings for a couple days, a pile of tools and four trips to Lowes. Greg from Einstein showed up on time with a small bag of tools and had everything handled in 35 mins. A fully functioning Master Bath! After he left I did discover a very small leak. I called Einstein, Greg was contacted and her was back in minutes to retighten the pipe. I would easily use them again! Thanks Einstein...you made my day, my week!

The water heater in my apartment was starting to go out, and I got sick of waiting for the maintenance guy to come fix it, so I decided to take matters in my own hands. I was able to get an appointment quickly, they showed up on time, were very professional and in no time at all I had hot water again! I will definitely be using them again in the future!
