We needed a hot water heater installed. In the past I was a do-it-yourselfer. So I reluctantly started to search for someone to do it for me. We reached out to James at Eidemiller Plumbing. Amazingly he answers the phone! Voicemail is rare! If you do got voicemail, the call back is nearly immediate.
Impressive! He showed up exactly when he said he would. I was extremely impressed at how professional the work was done. I was impressed with the whole experience. Definitely recommend. Will be looking to this business for future projects.

Thursday: called for repair of outside faucet.
Friday: they called late, we agreed to reschedule for the following Wednesday.
Today: nobody showed at appointed time. I called, they said ""after lunch."" Nobody showed, nobody called. I called the office twice, eventually somebody called and said ""We had an emergency. Let's reschedule."" I said ""No thanks.""

After waiting twice for them to show up, I'm done, moving on to somebody else. You should too.
