What a nice guy. I was in a bind a couple of months ago. I called 5 other plumbers and no one was available. Enrich was on his way home but said he'd be happy to stop by. He quickly worked on my shower and stopped a pesky leak. The price was reasonable for the quick work.

Pete and his father have always been amazing but this time they were true detectives. Our shower had mysteriously gone cold over time, until finally, we realized we weren't crazy and something had to be done. Pete came over as soon as we called, figured out the problem AND fixed a few other issues for an incredibly reasonable price. They are extremely responsive, smart, creative, prepared and fair. Gunther and son Peter are my next door neighbors. They have helped me out a number of times, both with favors and as paid contractors for a larger job. They are extremely professional, experienced, honest and friendly. I know Gunther and Peter take pride in their ability to respond to calls fast - most of their work is in the Outer Sunset neighborhood. The family has lived in the same location in the Outer Sunset for over 40 years. They have also installed about half the bathrooms on our block and we all love them - they are great!

Gunter and his son Peter have saved us multiple times: when kitchen sink backed up on Christmas Eve, when our downstairs bathroom flooded, when we've had leaky faucets and so on. They're awesome. They come quickly, they know what they're doing. They're pleasant. Some have mentioned that they're pricey, but I think it's fair for the level of expertise and service you get.

Our kitchen sink became stopped up last night. I tried two doses of Drano and hot water, with no effect. Pulled off the u-joint, but it was clear. This morning I went on Yelp and noted that Ehrich's Plumbing was not far from me, and, while there were only three reviews, all were excellent.

As previously noted, this is a father and son business. Pete, the son, was at our home right on time, and he got right to work. After diagnosing the problem, he had to use a long electric snake to get the clog about 15 feet down the pipes. Done in under an hour. Paid a very reasonable rate.

To have done this myself, I would have been back and forth to Home Depot, renting first a manual snake, then back for a motorized snake, and I would've spent at least half a day. I am very glad to have utilized Ehrich's Plumbing, and I will again, when needed.

After my sink broke and started leaking all over the kitchen, I searched on Yelp and saw Ehrich's Plumbing's five-star reviews. I called and spoke with the father (it's a father and son team) at about 3PM on a rainy Monday afternoon. The son, Peter, arrived at my home about 20 minutes later!

Peter took a look, found the problem, provided me a detailed estimate, and gave me specific directions on where to go buy another faucet (which saved me about an hour of labor)! He charged me for less time than he actually spent here, and did a fantastic job.

As the owner of a beautiful home, I'm always careful about who I invite in. Pete's personality leads one to trust him immediately, and the trust is well deserved. He's a quality person, as well as an excellent plumber.

I give Ehrich's my highest recommendation.
