I know Peter will be running it all at some point but to have Gunter at 87 repair our hot water heater today is a true gift. Not only is he an expert and neighborhood institution, again he taught me a fundamental home care maintenance task I will carry forever. And I called him at 7:30 AM before work and he was there at 9. This is our third time we have called upon Eihrich Plumbing for different needs and they are just as honest and capable as they come. I couldn't be happier.

first it was the bathtub, and now the sink... without going into the boring details, we had to call for help with the kitchen sink this time and Ehrich saved the day again. the prob with the pull-out faucet was something he said we could have fixed ourselves (with a wrench and a new washer) and even though he did a thorough job of even checking the pipes in the basement (my request), he didn't even want to charge us anything. of course, i couldn't let that hamper his livelihood and gave him what he later suggested--as good a price as any for laying to rest (at least some of it), the endless stress of owning a house.

What a nice guy. I was in a bind a couple of months ago. I called 5 other plumbers and no one was available. Enrich was on his way home but said he'd be happy to stop by. He quickly worked on my shower and stopped a pesky leak. The price was reasonable for the quick work.

Pete and his father have always been amazing but this time they were true detectives. Our shower had mysteriously gone cold over time, until finally, we realized we weren't crazy and something had to be done. Pete came over as soon as we called, figured out the problem AND fixed a few other issues for an incredibly reasonable price. They are extremely responsive, smart, creative, prepared and fair. They are our go-to plumbers.
