I called this company because of all of the great reviews. The woman who answered did not even TRY to hide her annoyance at doing her job. When I told her that we believed there was a clog/blockage in our water tank or pipes because water was not coming through, she audibly tsked, hemmed and hawwed. She asked clarifying questions ""So like, what, is it not coming through the faucet? or toilet? or what?"" When I told her we were getting no water, she made more annoyed noises. She asked if it was well water. Honestly, I don't know what it would be considered - our neighborhood has its own reservoir. I told her that yes, it's probably well water and explained the reservoir and she went ""UGH!"" At that point, I thanked her, said nevermind, and hung up.

I didn't go any farther. Someone who is comfortable having someone SO rude represent them is NOT who I want to do business with. It was completely unprofessional and I'm shocked that this place has so many great reviews when SHE is the first impression.

Sunday night my husband tried fixing the kitchen sink because it was clogged but couldn't. The next morning around 7:30 I called and someone was at my house by 9. Keith came and snaked the clogged drain and installed a new disposal we had, all in an hour. This company is honest and very reasonable and they know what they're doing. I definitely will be using them in the future. Thanks guys!

Excellent plumbers. They will stop by quickly if you have an emergency (running water or leaks). I have used many plumbers but find Ehrhardt is one of the very best in the Columbia, Baltimore, Laural area. They are on time, and great work. Reasonable and professional.

I had a very good experience today with Ehrhardt. I had all my faucets replaced. I called Tuesday, and they performed the work Thursday. They could have come earlier, but we weren't available. Their estimate was less than half of my quote from a competitor. I needed a few parts which were reasonably priced. The work was done on time and as expected. These are my new go-to guys.

I had a great experience with Ehrhardt! From the moment I called to make an appointment they were honest and efficient. They did a great job fixing the garbage disposal in my rental unit and even took the time to show my tenant how to fix a clog. We had to reschedule a couple times due to weather but they were apologetic, flexible, and prompt. Great company! I will use them again.

Great experience -called them after Len misdiagnosed a leak and estimated $1,500 in repairs to our sprinkler system. Turns out it was the line for the master bathroom. Rob appeared within the appointment time, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained clearly what he needed to do for repair. Had to cut through the drywall to get to the portion of the pipe that was leaking and he did his cuts in small increments in order to minimize the size of the hole in the wall. Everything was completed in a little over an hour -no mess, no fuss. Would call again.

Significant issues at the folks place a few days back regarding drainage in their kitchen sink AND from their laundry machine pipe. Ehrhardt Brothers sent someone out that day, and got the problem fixed in a jiffy. My folks were very happy with the explanations provided, and the person's professional manner. Ehrhardt Plumbing is outstanding! I would trust them with a job of any size or difficulty - from routine maintenance - to a major, complex plumbing problem.
**Keith was dispatched, and he was perfect. He was very professional, very innovative on solving tough problems - with a minimum of impact to me and to my house.
I had a number of routine repairs - which I had been attempting - and which needed a ""real plumber"" - who would get it right the first time.
I have had less satisfactory experiences with other plumbers.
**Ehrhardt Plumbing and Keith were the ""Best of the Best."" They reinstalled my faith in ""top notch,"" trustworthy, professional plumbers - who are up to any challenge.

They are way expensive and could not solve my problem. Had leaky toilet from the base. The technician in my opinion was not knowledgeable enough to handle. For two weeks the problem seemed to be gone but came back the bathroom smelling urine and leaks from the base of the screw. I think the technician missed checking on the flange and seal to address my problem. I will be calling them to report this and see how they handle should any further probing needs to be done.
