We had a persistent slow leak from the base of a toilet tank. Ehrhardt sent a family-member, which is nice, for next-day service. They phoned when on-the-way, for an on-time (early) arrival. Brought all the needed tools and parts, even a replacement for the wall shut-off valve that i had forgotten was seized-up. Sawed a rusted bolt. Replaced bolts and gasket. All within one hour at a reasonable cost, by a communicative, efficient, skilled guy. Great experience!

Fast and easy. I called and they listened as I described the issue I was having with my main drain. They came out early the next morning and snaked the drain all the way to the street. I thought the cost was appropriate and fair.

100% CROOKS! ROBBERS! THIEVES!

I had a leak in the hose to my kitchen faucet hose. It was leaking on the floor, so I called these frauds and they sent some clown over to tell me the part needed to be replaced (as if the leaking water wasn't a dead giveaway).

But he didn't have a replacement part and he couldn't order one either. He advised me to order one from the manufacturer and then call him back over to install it.

I ordered the part, not from the manufacturer, but from a much cheaper 3rd party retailer. It arrived and I decided to install it myself. Problem solved.

Two months later...
These extortionists called me and asked when I was going to contact them to request installation services. I told them I bought the part myself and installed it myself. Then they informed me that they were billing me $120 for that ""insightful"" house call back in January. ABSOLUTE ROBBERY!

DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS! HIRE SOMEBODY WITH A ""CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK"" POLICY. THESE PEOPLE WILL JUST GOUGE YOU FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

I called Ehrhardt Brothers because I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Before calling, I tried flipping the switch to the disposal, and there was no power, so I checked my fuse box. I thought the source of the leak might be my garbage disposal, so I inquired about the cost of replacing it. . The person who answered the phone at Ehrhardt suggested that I speak to Mr. Erhardt directly and he promptly came to the phone to talk with me. He suggested that I email him a photo of the area underneath my sink so he could see what was going on. I sent him the email with the photo and he said that the garbage disposal looked new and that I should press the reset bottom and use an Allen wrench to dislodge anything that may have jammed the disposal. I had tried to do both of these things before we spoke, without success, but I tried doing this again. Sure enough, there was something stuck in my disposal and when I tapped the allen wrench with a rubber mallet, I was able to get my disposal moving, saving me the time and expense of hiring a plumber. I am a customer for life now. He could have sent someone out and charged me a $200 service call, but instead chose to be a really good guy and help me over the phone. He is a really good guy and very honest!!!

They gave us a competitive price for the garbage disposal replacement and I expected the faucet installation to require a full hour of labor. Instead, they finished everything in less than an hour and their final bill reflected it. 5 stars for quality of work, efficiency and cost.

We were given an 8 a.m. arrival time and the plumber/s arrived on time. Both employees introduced themselves upon arrival. Shoe booties were worn on a rainy day when entering the house. The company worked with us to find a comfort height toilet that could fit beneath the existing extended vanity counter. Worksite was left as clean as when they arrived. Would recommend their company.

Outstanding, fast service from Ehrhardt Brothers plumbers. Had a shower valve that would only output cold water. Called them after hours and left a message, and they returned my call at 7:30AM the following morning, and by 8:15am they had a plumber to my house (believe they are based in Columbia, MD). He knew exactly what it was (cartridge) and fixed by 9AM. Also made a repair to spa tub in minutes. Just outstanding, professional, and fast service. Very happy to recommend. Kudos to Wayne H. for being friendly and professional.

This is the first time I've used Ehrhardt Bros to replace some parts and repair some leaks in my well water system. The plumber who did the work was Vince. I was very impressed with the quality of the work performed. Vince had everything repaired perfectly and up and running again in about two hours. So the price was very reasonable for the services rendered. I highly recommend using Ehrhardt and especially Vince who is a very knowledgeable and professional plumber.
