When I called they stated that they charged $180 per hr plus parts and my kind of job (hook up dishwasher, garbage disposal and faucet to sink) takes roughly 2-3 hours. The plumber showed up looked and said oh this should be simple. Less than 2 hours later everything is hooked up working beautifully and it only cost $343.00. I didn't give 5 stars only because they didn't call before they came as stated and they came early which was inconvenient because I was in a meeting. But Rob the plumber definitely gets 5 stars. Because of this we will be calling soon for some additional work.

Every time I call I get a sour woman on the phone saying they do no off hours work. And a simple question about water heater replacement is me with ""WE ONLY RESPOND TO EMAILS"" response. HUH?? This is unacceptable customer service.

I have all my in laws in for the weekend. That means guest room toilets that don't get used a lot. Get used a lot. We quickly discovered the wax seal was shot and had waste water leaking on to our tile floor. It's Friday at 1 so i try calling. Rachel answered and was quick to help find a solution and a tech. They were at my house within the hour and fixed it quickly and professionally. I can not thank them enough and recommend them to all in need!!!

I would personally recommend another company. I scheduled them for an 8AM appointment and the workers were 30 minutes late without providing any notification. They were able to successfully resolve the issues using a specific tool for the job. However, after the job was completed in .40 hours (40 min) they attempted to bill me for 1.25 hours + the service for the specific tool called the ""snake"". After bringing it up to the support team of this .45 hour (45 min.) discrepancy billed at $180.00 an hour, the logic was ""we tend to start billing on arrival"" even though the workers were already late and stayed in the vehicle for 10 minutes before coming to the front door and 10 minutes writing up the job invoice.

I have no problem with paying for services rendered. I didn't see the reason for arguing about ill-advised business practices. However, as a customer and Business Owner, I believe falsifying working hours is not a respectable practice and for this reason, I would encourage anyone to use another company.

We have security cameras and we have no reason to fabricate information. Please see the redacted invoice below.

I was very pleased with the service. Vince was the service tech. They were able to schedule an appointment within 5 days ( it was not an emergency). Vince confirmed that I needed a new sump pump and had brought one with him so no extra charge for a second visit. The best part NO UPSELLING. He actually recommended their less expensive model as I did not need any of the extra features. That alone was enough for me to use them again .

I received five quotes for a simple kitchen faucet installation and received flat pricing from several vendors from anywhere between $295-$350 and ""we'll need to charge for an estimate and then give you a price"" type estimates. Ehrhardt sent their hourly rate and that's what I paid, for an hour of plumbing service, in this case. This is the second time I've used Erhardt and I don't think I would use anyone else in the future. Rachel in the office is always friendly and understands what customer service is and Vince was friendly and did the job quickly and efficiently. I understand that everyone needs to make a living, and I, like everyonework hard for my money and I really appreciate the honesty and transparency of this vendor.
