Vince came to our house today. We had a leak in our master shower that was dripping into the garage, needed our tankless hot water heater cleaned, and needed an estimate on what we thought was a crack in a valve on the main water line coming into the house. A prior plumber had quoted $5,000 to replace the cracked line, and $600 to fix the leak. Vince takes one look at the ""crack,"" tells me it is just a bib that holds the pipe, and that they all have the ""crack."" He did all the work, plus replaced a wax seal on a toilet, for way less than the first plumber quoted just to fix the leak. It is so refreshing to find an honest person. I would highly recommend. Told all my neighbors about Vince.

Excellent service, communication, scheduling, and assistance with a warranty replacement of a water heater that they didn't install in the first place. They were far lower in cost than the original installer quoted for labor! The two people who came out were professional, lined the wood floors with drop cloths, pulled out the old water heater, installed the new one, AND replaced the catch pan under the existing with a metal pan so it wouldn't crack like the plastic one originally installed. State Street water heaters warrantied the water heater, and Ehrhardt did all the coordination to get the new water heater picked up, the old one photographed as needed. And, they cleaned up, no mess left.

I called several plumbing companies for same day service for a leak in the basement but most could not accommodate a same day request without charging an emergency hourly fee. Ehrhardt Brothers came out the same day, within a few hours of being called. Everyone was very professional from start to finish with Tracey handling the call for service and Vince who came out and fixed the leak and did another plumbing job requested while here. Vince answered a lot of plumbing questions I had about future work needing to be done and was very helpful. I felt the price was very fair and I would definitely use their services again!

Had Eghardrt brother out to my house to fix a clogged tub. Vince unclogged the clogged pipes. Reassembled the trap which I had taken apart and stuck around to test and make sure the pope was unclogged. Very friendly, cleaned up any mess and completed the work within an hour. I will be calling them next time we have an issue.

Just on the basis of the knowledge and attention I received from Tracy on the phone, I would highly recommend them. It isn't everyone that will try to help you figure out what your issue is before making a sale or a service call.

If she is representative of their team, I will definitely have them be my go-to plumbing people.

I reached out to this team via Yelp one evening last week after reading all the stellar reviews. I needed to figure out a bathroom issue which was damaging the ceiling on the second floor. And I needed help fast!

The team asked me questions, gave me advice, offered a quote and eased my mind -- all through Yelp. Within a day, someone was over fixing everything up at a reasonable price.

They gave us a reasonable qoute over the phone, came as scheduled, called ahead of time, billed just under the qoute and even fixed a little something else for free.
