Vernel M.Ehret Inc work on my property November 2019. Ameren cut a sewer line and Ehret Inc repaired the cut sewer line. After the repair the sewer never work correctly. The owner told me the fix comes with a one year warranty but he refuses to honor the warranty terms. Finally this company performs poor workmanship and you can't trust what they say. Buyer beware....

I was referred to Ehret by another plumber in town, so I called this morning and was able to get a rep sent to my house by 12:45pm the same day. Not only was Garrett able to unclog the line, but he was also patient enough to explain the issue in layman's terms and answer my questions. He also cleaned up before he left. The office staff on the phone was also friendly and easy to speak with. The cabling fee is reasonable too. Ehret has earned my trust and all of my plumbing referrals.
