Originally, we operated as a large union plumbing shop with over 50 staff, handling commercial projects for apartment complexes and schools. In the 1960s, Mr. Edward H. Miller, the founder, scaled down the operation to just himself and a skilled assistant. Jim, who took the reins, runs a tight team of three to five plumbers and apprentices.
