I wish I could give negative stars for this business, they are very dishonest!! If you're looking for reliable plumbing call elsewhere. My mother-in-law relied on this company to come and fix her problem and all they did was give her the runaround and charge her big bucks.
I will be reporting them to the BBB as well

We had a great experience with Egbert Plumbing in Bozeman! Steve came out and was very professional and straight forward with what would need to be done to install our stand alone soaker tub and some other plumbing prep work in our bathroom. He and his team completed the job and were great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and we highly recommend them.

Our brand new home flooded three times because of the sloppy work done by this business. It wrecked our oak flooring and caused stress beyond comprehension. Moldy carpet, drywall and buckled floors are not easily fixed. Avoid them at all costs!

Did not give options during construction for water heating. Service after bad. Waiting for repair on water heater called weekly for a month told the same thing "" you are on the list ma'am. We are working 60/70 hours a week."" When asked if they don't have someone who can do a short 45 minute call he said no you are on the list.
Going to build a new home absolutely won't use them

We are putting on an addition to our house using a licensed Contractor. They sub-contracted Egbert in to do the job. Do to things out of anyone's control they were not able to make it to our job when originally scheduled.

My problem is instead of contacting my contractor and asking for time or turning down the job, so we could find another plumber. They ignored attempted contacts made by my site Forman and the owner of the contract company. Two week of nothing happening, my contracted had to finally threaten them with loosing my job and two other jobs before someone called him back.

The plumber finally showed up today and finished the job. It took 1 day and as far as my husband can tell everything looks great. Work done is good.

Not contacting a client to let them know things are delayed or not possible, is not ok.
