Recommended Customer Reviews

The name Efficient Plumbing is just that ! Brian Davis installed by new Renai tankless water heater for me. His pricing beat all the others, he communicated well, was right on time, neat and tidy in his work and is very polite and professional. I highly recommend him -he did a great job !

Brian assisted Ken Sacry of Sacry Heating in replacing my old Bosch Tankless with a new state of the art Rinnai condensing RUC 98i model. It works great and we have continuous hot water now with two or more showers or appliances running. They both were extremely courteous and professional. Brian mounted the Rinnai on the wall and did most of the plumbing while Ken did most of the venting to the outside and the electrical. The installation was very professionally done and my boss (Wife) and I are happy campers with the new unit and their services. I would recommend Efficient Plumbling Services and Sacry Heating anytime for anyone who wants a honest price and professional service!

I can't speak to the quality of work, but Brian completely flaked on the appointment. If he didn't want the job, no problem, but to take it, waste the afternoon and then say he couldn't find time today or tomorrow put me and the family that live in the rental ( with water turned off for the leak) in a much worse place. IF YOU HAVE A LEAK - BRIAN IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY TO KEEP HIS WORD ON SCHEDULING!
I talked directly with Brian to schedule to fix an immediate leak at a rental house in Littleton and to also give us a quote for replacing the whole poly butyl throughout the house to pex. I gave him a credit card to pay for the service call in advance and the phone number of the tenant to arrange the service call ( which was most likely a very simple repair- likely less than 30 minutes). Not really sure if what his deal is, but this is really bad customer service!

Brian fixed several things in our house from a leaking kitchen sink, replaced both sinks in the master, installed a toilet and sink in our powder room, and a pressure regulator valve on our main water line. He was priced well (about 25% less than competition), and even came back to fix the mounts of our master bath sinks at no additional charge. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced plumber at a fair price.

Brian is awesome!
Ignore the negative reviews! I live over an aquifer and am a sump pump expert at this point, in 8 years I am on my 5th pump, I have regraded my property and added french drains, so living with frequent sump pump changes is my only hope unless I hire an engineer and do major work to my foundation. Brian did not know this when he arrived! His price was, by far, less expensive than my last plumber.
Ignore the negative reviews that he was too expensive. If he spends 3 hours and 2 trips to Home Depot, he deserves a fair price for all he does for you (gas is money spent after all).
Brian was efficient and quickly installed a new sump pump and avoided me having to bail out my sump pump pit. I got a more efficient and more quiet sump pump. Brian showed up EARLY, worked FAST and was very PERSONABLE and HUMBLE. He can accept credit cards on the spot or checks, that is convenience most plumbers don't offer. I will definitely call on him again.
He takes the extra time to look at what else might be going on. For instance he took a look at my water heater, noted the corrosion around the pipes, it's age and told me to keep at eye on it and provided a quote so I can start planning. I think that's caring, NOT being a con-artist like some other other bad reviews. People need to understand there is good in the world, not everyone is out to get you. Brian is ethical and good.

I had a broken pipe in dearly December. Brian came within an hour and started fixing the huge mess. He was patient and thorough in his explanations of what needed to be done. I then hired him to update everything to do with water in my house. He did a great job, courteous and a professional.

I needed some sprinkler repairs and we called Efficient Plumbing and he said they could do them. We asked if there were Saturday appointment available to avoid needing to take time off work. They said yes and we arranged for him to come out. While he was here he seemed annoyed about not having more work to do. I was shocked at the bill... Regular price 269.95 and he gave us the bargain price of 239.45. I typically prefer local small businesses because I feel there it is always better to deal with people versus corporations and big business and my parents are small business owners. After this guy gave us the bill, he encouraged us to put a review on Yelp. Before doing so, I went to Ace to see how much this would have cost. The sprinkler guy at Ace was shocked and showed me the parts t hat were replace totaling less than $10! Normally service companies are transparent in their billing. Not this guy. He put the regular price and my fabulously discounted price of $239.45. I can't help but feel taken advantage of. Lesson learned, ask questions up front before you are shocked when handed the bill.
UPDATE: This guy was very hurt by my review above and wished I had told him my issues when he handed me the bill. He returned $50 to us and was very apologetic. In his defense, he was at my house for 3 hours-ish (including 2 trips to Home Depot and it was a Saturday. He seems like a very nice man just trying to run a business.

I live in Denver and had a bathtub faucet issue for a year and a half. Brian showed up on time, was very professional, knowledgeable and had the faucet fixed in less than 30 minutes. I will defiantly be recommending and using Efficient Plumbing in the future.

This guy is a con-artist in disguise as a good Christian. He will inflate the true price, then tell you he's going to discount his services by quoting you less making you think you got a deal. He includes unnecessary repairs that aren't necessary stating that it's good practice. When his repairs don't fix the problem, he returns, charges you even more, doesn't take responsiblity for his failed work and leaves in the name of God and without a guilty conscience. Stay away from this guy unless you want to pay double for your repairs and get taken advantage of by a fake Christian showman. REAL Christians quote you the FAIR price, perform only the repairs required, and gurantee their work under warranty promise without charging you more when it fails. Read the bible dude!

I'm in Highlands Ranch, and had a bathroom sink with a leaky pipe and a toilet that wasn't flushing right. I found Efficient Plumbing online and gave a call. Brian was very courteous and offered to come over the same day. He showed up about 2 hours later, which was great because I wanted to have the repairs done quickly.
He fixed the sink, and showed me where the hard water had caused similar corrosion to the second sink in the bathroom, so I went ahead and replaced them both. There was one minor hiccup when we turned the water back on and there was a little spray coming out of one pipe. It's not a huge deal, because plumbing projects can have some trial and error. But that showed Brian's professional approach. He kept the work area very clean, vacuumed it up with a wet/dry vac, and completed the repair very well. After he left, there was no mess, and I didn't have to do any cleaning up of my own, which is nice compared to some contractors I've worked with in the past.
All in all, the work was professionally done, my house was kept clean and neat, and Brian was a really nice guy. He treated me with respect, and quoted prices that were fair and reasonable. I'd recommend calling him if you need a plumber.
