After being unable to obtain a referral for a good plumber from friends and family, I contacted Mark at Efficient Plumbing due to the high reviews on Yelp. He was very responsive and quickly set up an appointment to have Chris come to our home and take care of a few plumbing issues that we had. Chris was very personable, as well as capable and he did a great job for us! Efficient is now in my contacts list and I will absolutely call them for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber, they truly earned all 5 of the available stars.

Similar to others' posts, Mark is very friendly, ""efficient"" and was on time as he said and was accommodating in seeking out the right parts for my toilet tank. I'd purchased the wrong items and he found the right parts nearby and went to retrieve them and I thought that was pretty cool. I'd definitely seek him out again and refer him to friends and neighbors. The reviews are real.

We were very happy that finally got the great Plummer in neighborhood. Mark is always quick to answer our requests! Christopher came to help our kitchen sink clogging! He did great job and fast. We had another Plummer did the job a year ago... But not as good as them. Yes they are efficient and we highly recommend to anyone be who needs plumbing job.

I got tired of our old builder's toilet on the first floor getting clogged from time to time so decide to upgrade to a Toto. Contacted Mark by text and he suggested a Toto Eco Drake. Scheduled the appointment, Mark came out and installed it in record time, using a dropcloth and wet/dry vac to ensure no debris of any sort was left behind. I'm super happy with the new toilet (Toto makes the best in the business) and as luck would have it, our kitchen sink faucet developed a leak the day after, so I contacted Mark again and this time Chris came out, super courteous and professional, and installed the Costco faucet I bought, also to my complete satisfaction. Would definitely use these guys again -- and I did just that!
