I should have left this review sooner as I forgot the name of the person that came out a few weeks ago, I think it was Chris, but in any case.. He did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price. I even had another small issue I asked him about and he fixed it for me at no charge. I would definitely call them again for my future plumbing needs.

I was impressed by Christopher who showed up to diagnose issues with the loose shower fixture and loose down spout in the master bath. He immediately determined what's the likely cause and then what's needed in order to fix it. Great service!

Steve kept me informed with each steps, like estimation schedule, technician work schedule. Steve called us promptly when there is a 20-minus schedule delay, he never put us in the dark. Kevin is a very nice guy and did a great job on repairing our pipe problem.

I have used this company twice now, once for a small repipe, and once for a faucet install. I could not be more impressed with how quickly and efficiently an appointment was made by the front office staff. Chris came out to handle both jobs for us and both times the job was handled with the utmost professionalism. Chris was on time, friendly, and knowledgable on both occasions (not to mention very tolerant of my nosey cats!). He gave us expert advice on what we should and shouldn't do and guided us to the right solutions with the repipe. I also consider their pricing to be very fair and reasonable, especially when I consider the quality and timely manner in which the work was done. I cannot recommend this company (and Chris) highly enough. I will definitely be using them in the future for my plumbing needs!

Had a relatively small
plumbing job..able to schedule quickly..they came out assessed it, fixed it and were done in a couple of hours. The plumber, Titus, was friendly and got the work done efficiently. Would use them again.

Efficient Plumbing is now my go to plumbing company!! Got a convenient appointment time setup couple of days ago for a 2 hr window which is very reasonable. Today, the main office called to to let me know the technician was 20 min away as a heads up which I appreciate. Christopher showed up and I explained the two problems:
1) The toilet would not stop running & 2) contact lens case got trapped down the flush value. We agreed to the quote and he started right away. Less than 45 min later, he replaced the fill valve to solve the running water issue and was able to dislodge the contact lens case. Chris did an exceptional job and was very professional!! I have no reservations in calling him back for any future needs. I highly recommend Efficient Plumbing..great first impression of the quality of work!

I'm so happy I found these guys! Very professional staff. Chris came to my pad and took care of my tub problem and charged me what we discussed over the phone. No extra fees for this and that. Though I hope I don't see them any time soon! I'll definitely give them a call the next time I need a plumber.
