Had Efficient Air install a whole new HVAC System about a year ago. The project was started and completed on schedule and they gave me recommendations that has helped the efficiency and has lowered my utility bills quite a bit. They have a great maintenance program and have been back for both fall and spring maintenance checks and start ups. The communication has been fantastic with both the office and the technicians. Would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

Buyer Beware! Outrageous pricing. Do your homework. I called Efficient Air to schedule a heating tune-up on 02/06/23 to take advantage of their advertised $99.00 service call. The service technician sold me on the EZ Shield Gold Nonrecurring Sale that covered heating and cooling tune-ups. Prior to the tune-up, I had a leaking high vent valve. He gave me an estimate of $561.91 to replace the valve. Since it wasn't a serious leak, I waited until 09/25/23. I called a plumber who had done some work for me. He replaced the valve for $185.00. Since I paid for the AC service, I had Efficient Air return for the AC tune-up. Between 05/19/23 and 09/25/23 three different technicians had worked on the AC to find the leak that was initially diagnosed. The leak was never found. My bill was $ 1,519.00. The 9 lbs. of refrigerant was included.

Definitely have had frustrations dealing with the central air going out, but thankfully after sitting down for a quote and getting down to brass tax, this company was very able to do the work and for a reasonable price - quickly. Very respectful and professional staff that work very fast - especially compared to some of the stories I've heard about other companies from neighbors. Would absolutely recommend!

Very disappointed. Came twice to fix our Boiler and still leaking. But they had no problem charging us! Would not recommend, a lot of up selling.

DON'T LET THE 4.9 STAR RATING FOOL YOU. Chris from Efficient Air (an authorized Carrier dealer) came to my house for a service call as my Carrier Central Air unit was not blowing cold. I explained to him that all parts should still be under covered under a 10 warranty except for refrigerant and the line set and I would have to pay for labor. He said there is definitely a leak and we will get you up and running as fast as we can and the best way to do that is a pressure test. I agreed. He also replaced a capacitor that was bad at over $230. So after a few days of leaving the pressure test in, Efficient Air tells us that they refuse to fix the leaks and that the unit is too old and not worth it to fix and charges me $685.16. I explained to them again that it is still under warranty . Efficient Air then quotes us three different prices for a new system starting at over $10,000. So it is obvious that they just wanted to make more money on a new system. I refused their offer of a new system and found a REAL reputable company to come out and fix it and they did for under $2300. As for Efficient Air, I disputed there bill for $685.16 .Why would you tell me that we will get you up and running knowing the age of unit and still have warranty. install a capacitor , do a leak test, and then refuse to do repair. We spoke to Robin at Efficient air multiple times about the dispute. A complete waste of time , she says things that are not true and claims she left messages, total B.S. Tried to speak to the owner many times, the office refused my request. This has been going on for over 4 months and gave them many chances to make it right. NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATION !!! Will be contacting Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I don't normally write negative reviews but I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.

I am always a bit intimidated when it comes to home maintenance. Efficient Air set up my appointment quickly, sent appointment reminders and was on time for the appointment- already way ahead of many other home maintenance services! Furthermore our technician Jhon was very knowledgeable and kind and spent extra time to make sure we felt comfortable with his assessment. So thankful to have such a good company on hand!

Buyer beware. I am disappointed Efficient Air took advantage and profited needlessly from a sad situation. My elderly tenant's heat was out, she was feeling unwell so in an abundance of caution, we were very hesitant of anyone coming over to avoid risk in pandemic times. Efficient Air charged me $105 for a 10-15 minute phone conversation which did not even resolve the problem. In fact, they went over the exact same trouble shooting steps that I told them we already had thoroughly checked with my tenant such as checking the battery on the thermostat. I emailed them to question the charge and they never responded. Shame on you. Other vendors easily talked to us for 10-15m and DID NOT charge over $100 but charged nothing for a quick call.

Scheduled an appointment a few days ago. The scheduler at Efficient Air gave us a date when the technician would be at our home with a 3 hour window. The technician Mark called us on the date scheduled and advised us he would be here in 15 minutes. Arrived as expected. He had all the COVID protection on. Mark listen to our service requests, advised on a few important system operational tips then began his inspection.

Mark was very professional and through, He did not rush through the service call and examined the entire system, took photos and provided a through non-technical description of the problems he saw and recommendations for our system.

At my work location we have large AC systems that operate 24/7 365. Having the opportunity to work with professional commercial technicians I can usually tell when a technician has knowledge of his craft. Efficient Air has the same level of quality and service as the large commercial service companies do at reasonable rates.

It's clear why service calls can run a bit late when you have customer service oriented people such as Mark and the woman who is responsible for scheduling service. Efficient Air is professional grade with professional grade service at reasonable service call prices.
