I called with a non-emergency plumbing issue to get on their calendar in the next week or so. I got a call back in 5 minutes saying they had a cancellation. I took the slot. 15 minutes later, we have the problem solved. Total time between initial contact and solution, 20 minutes. If that isn't beyond expectations, I don't know what is. Called Effective Plumbing today when my hot water heater needed some servicing. Super friendly, reliable and fast! John came right out and took a look, diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. I anticipated needing to pay to replace the tank but John did not try to sell me something I did not need. He told me to hold off for now. Highly recommend this great local Norwalk biz!

They have been responsive for every call and whenever I've had an emergency they are genuinely concerned and make every effort to respond quickly. They have also talked me out of unnecessary work - ie purely cosmetic - and are reasonably priced. I'd recommend to any friend looking for a good plumbing company.
