I was frantic because we had a similar issue about 5 yrs ago and water was everywhere in the basement. Today we had the same clog I called Edwards Sewer and drain because of there outstanding reviews. AJ worked very hard in fixing the clog. He was professional and knew his stuff. We were having a backyard wedding and the morning of the event the company bringing in the portable bathroom trailer canceled. I had many people on the phones trying to resolve this disaster. Every company contacted either could not or would not help. Finally Edwards not only was able to help but they went above a beyond to get us two Portable toilets. They had them on site and set up in a few hours. The driver took the time to get the lights and sinks all set up for us. I have never been so happy to see a porta potty. Ed saved the day,
And just a side note. These were the cleanest portables I have ever seen.

We found EDWARD's Sewer and Drain several years ago, when our neighbor called them and we took down the number off their truck. The service is terrific, all of the employees are professional - and fun! They are available when you need them, and they do a wonderful job every time. I have to call Cesspool Service today (Mar-03-2019), and Edward cesspool services is available for same day services. AJ and Douglass are friendly and professional in what their work. Due to the fact I never had cesspool services since purchase, they patiently spend time in locate the cesspool tubes, and explain to me what they are doing. 100% satisfactions. The clogs inside my house are gone. They even clean up after their work, leaving virtue not impact on my yard. I definitely recommend Edwards to my relatives and friends. I called Edwards Sewer & Drain for an emergency, the office was not open 24hrs however, the next morning I got a call bright and early giving me an arrival time of 12noon. It was New Years Eve and we were ending the year with a bang. Price was $185/1000g and $55 for chemicals/per tank. I was a little strapped for cash so I made an agreement to have the cesspool pumped and aerated at the time and then have them return in 7 days to add chemicals. They were very pleasant. Pumped out 2000g and was on their way.
Price: seemed fair to me
Service: did the job within a reasonable timeframe

Appointment: Same day Service as promised
Scheduled for anytime before 12noon, I called them for a status check @ 12:30 and the gentleman apologized and said the current customer didn't know where their cesspools were located and it caused a delay in service. They arrived at 1:18pm. Thanks goodness I took the full day off. I knew exactly where mine were so they got to work less than 5 minutes of arrival. Did the job, provided a receipt and was on their way!

Payments: Cash and all major CC accepted
