Had to call three times to fix. Paid 200.00 far gasing.. a.c. two days later it was out of gas again. Don't know why they didn't check far leak to start with. If you have to add that much gas it's got to be leaking.

We have had considerable plumbing work done on a house we recently purchased, it has been excellent, and within our budget. The office staff have been friendly and polite, the various plumbers have completed the work in fine fashion. They coordinated with other contractors to schedule the plumbing work. There was a manufacturers defect in one of the fixtures we purchased from a big box store, the plumbers obtained the necessary replacement part and fixed the problem. We cannot give them a high enough recommendation. Thank you Edwards Refrigeration, Inc.

do not waste your time. I have called and called over a plumbing problem. I have had lots of AC work done and the work never last. I gave up on them at this time. $1000's later I have to move on to someone that is dependable.

We hired them to come in and do a simple job, just fixing a leak underneath a toilet. They came out the same day to do the job, and put caulking around the base, instead of actually addressing the issue. When the toilet continued leaking after their 'service', we called back to try to get the issue resolved, and were instead yelled at by an employee, who accused us of lying about the service needed (even though it was all previously written down). They refused to admit that they made a mistake and did not actually address the problem- they refused to admit that they had even put the caulking in at the base of the toilet. Thankfully, they said that they would process a refund, which we are waiting for now. Unfortunately, their negligence has likely caused permanent damage, and we will have to do a lot more work to fix it than previously was needed.
