Called Edwards and they came out the same day and fast! Reliable, clean, efficient, professional and came quickly to serve the emergency situation on a Saturday! Aaron H came out to service the issue and was fantastic! Highly recommend EPH!

I had a basement back up about a year and a half ago. I was over-charged for one thing, second the job was not complete when I was asked for the second payment, the line was still blocked, had to hire another plumber to camera the line, it took them months to seal up the hole in the basement, they did not ask for inspection from the city so the front yard and basement had to be dug up again. Their dispatch department is overseas. Dispatch would make an appointment and no one would show up nor call to cancel. They disconnected the drain tiles outside, also had that proven by a water proof company. The list goes on and on. The Manager was not a polite person and actually quite rude. This company is a scam and if I had the time and energy would sue them, as suggested by the city. They cost me an additional 10K over the 10K they charged me. Please do not consider them.

This guy is a complete joke. DO NOT USE! He'll spend 10 minutes trying the same thing you did, charge you hundreds and tell you if you want him to actually fix it, it'll be over $1000.

Horrible experience with this customer. Short story is they came out to service water in my basement and after snaking and jetting... insisted I had a broken pipe 90 feet from the house. Wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to excavate the back yard to repair the entire pipe. The service techs never responded to requests for their credentials. I called another very reputable plumber who came out and solved the whole problem for $300. THE PIPE WAS NOT BROKEN AT ALL. They left my basement a mess a refuse to take any responsibility. Please do not experience this yourselves. I called and asked to speak to the owner James Edwards and his staff told me they could not forward the message directly but only to their managers. Really.

After 5 years with this company I am no longer giving them any new business. Unfortunately I will have to call them for warranty work.
there are several problems with the way they do business. They do not know how to follow a schedule. They have yet to show up when promised. They give a 4 hour window but never show or call until after they are late. The latest service call took 3 days to complete. 4 delays
in schedule. The final straw was being accused of fraud by the technician. He accused me of falsifying my copy of their contact to be within the 2 year warranty period. It was, however, a carbon copy. Even after seeing and photographing the contract, he tried twice more to charge me for the work. I had already paid dearly for a new thermostat that was probably needed because the actual problem in the AC fried it.

Their work is adequate, their prices are very high.

Recently Edwards Plumbing & Heating completed a Fall maintenance check up on both my Mom's furnace and my own. We were definitely pleased with the service we received. The service technician, John P. was very knowledgeable and did his work quickly and efficiently. He was very helpful with suggestions for running the systems better yet he wasn't pushy or trying to hard sell us at all. I would definitely recommend Edwards Plumbing & Heating in general and service technician John P. in particular. Great job!
