Called company because my sub pump stopped sometime in the last 3 days. Water everywhere! Robert Nelson was quick to come out - even before their opening time. He installed a new pump quickly and the water began to go down and he checked out the water heater and furnace to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. Got his recommendation on a backup up and we scheduled it so he'll be here next week to install it. Thanks for making a bad situation better. Now need to get the wet things drying and the trash to the road
The actual work was fine but the cost is ridiculous. I had this work done for my grandson and was charged $830.06 to replace two outdoor spigots and shutoff valves. I just had the same done at my house a month earlier by another plumbing service plus two toilet shutoffs for $426. I couldn't get my plumber for my grandson's area so I went with Edwards.
When I called and raised my concern about the cost they said a manager would call me back. That never happened. I won't be using this company again.
Worst customer experience possible.
Did not fix my sink. Charged me 270 and said they would send someone 5 days after initial visit. Asked for refund, has been 3 weeks still no refund.
Where to begin?? Oh yeah. NEVER USE THESE CROOKS!!
I requested a quote to extend an external natural gas line to my deck. They came out as promised, and the tech was thorough and polite. Pointed out some things I should consider and all good, right? Told me I'll have the quote for the work the next day. Have him a check and off he went.
Long story (very long story) short, it's now 2 months later, no quote ever came, but my check was cashed no problem. Now the hard part - getting my money back. I still haven't. Despite countless calls to them, I am assured the finance department will take care of it, they'll mail a check, everything. But still no check.
So now, as I consider legal action against these frauds, I'll save you the trouble of using them. Don't. They are miserable humans who have no intention of providing any value. The only thing I can say is avoid them at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Aaron Hoskins proved his professionalism impeccably yesterday and performed the appropriate rework requirements in order to hopefully obtain an authentic Approved Permit from the Plymouth Township Inspector.
Mr. Hoskins had to remove the recently installed HWT, move it away from it's previous location, rework the appropriate holes in the floor & wall, seal up the previous openings, rework piping & vent duct
Edwards Plumbing will need to request another City Inspection ASAP before final payment for this contract can be completed.
Mr Hoskins stayed well past 7:30 pm, in order to complete all reworking requirements for this installation, even after working over an 8 hour period.
I would consider him an asset to Edwards Plumbing due to his work ethic, his professionalism and for him getting the job done properly to the Owner's Satisfaction.
Thank you for helping me to hopefully obtaining an Approved Permit from the City Inspector.
Don't forget to schedule a return visit from the Plymouth City Inspector so you can receive your final payment for this contract.
I'm ready anytime to meet with this inspector!!
Edward's was the only company we could get to come out on emergency to replace a failed sump pump that flooded our basement. Brandon was very friendly and worked very hard in a tough situation, with a sump that was completely flooded on a Friday from 2:30 until about 6:30pm to replace the pump with a more powerful, Wi-Fi capable pump. He also gave us suggestions for further improvements we could make in the future. We are very grateful to Edward's Plumbing!
I had a sub- pump and water back -up put in by Edwards Plumping, it cost over $3000. less than 18 months later the sub pump failed , on the weekend. They sent someone out but they did nothing. They would not take any phone calls on the weekend and said the manager would contact us on Monday. They even put it in a text message that no one was avilable on the weekend to help. I had to call multiple times on Monday and finally the owner did contact me and they replaced the pump . The damage to my home from the sub -pump failure was over 15 thousand dollars .
Even though they finally did replace the pump, they were awful at returning calls and did nothing over the weekend. Not a company you want to use.
I had originally given this company a favorable review. I had a leak in my laundry room on the evening of 5-31-23. The after hours emergency fee was $149, a charge I had no problem with. They dispatched a plumber to my residence, a nice young man named Dakota. He was efficient and polite, but did not have the proper part in his van to complete the job, and promised to return the following day to finish the work (which he did). The problem I have is that he was at my house for about an hour and a half the evening of 5-31 and about ten minutes on 6-1, and was charged an additional $850. I have tried to call the company SEVEN different times seeking an explanation of this ridiculous fee, and nobody has had the courtesy to return my call. I am a widow, on a fixed income, and feel that this company took huge advantage of me. I wouldn't ever use this company again. The prices are insanely high and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Anyone who thinks $1000 for less than two hours work is fair, has more money than sense. I'll never use them again, and I am happy to share this decision with the world
Mark Edwards Plumbing did an amazing job!
They were very professional, thorough, and courteous.
My repairs came in less than I anticipated.
Thank you very much for all of your help Mark and Team.
Forever Grateful!

This company is a fraud, or at the very least incompetent when it comes to bills and invoices. They came out to camera the sewer for $245, which they did, however they told me I needed to replace my sewer for 6k. Got another opinion and was told it was still in serviceable condition. Canceled the sewer project with Edwards the next day.
Two weeks later I still haven't been billed for the camera inspection, which I was still planning to pay. Instead I get an angry call saying I'm being sent to collections for not paying the bill. I call as soon as I am able and they tell me I owe $400. After talking with them that it was only the camera inspection which they were advertising for $245, they agree to correct my bill. No response for a week.
Then at the end of November they bill me $3000 for the sewer replacement, which I cancelled and they never performed. Meanwhile they still have not corrected the bill for the camera inspection. I have spent the entire month of December fighting with them to get them to refund the unauthorized charge of $3000 and to get a corrected bill for the camera inspection.
When I do finally get a corrected invoice for the camera inspection going into their online pay portal it still shows I owe $400. They never actually corrected the bill they just changed the number on the invoice.
Never using this company again they have been fraudulent in how they bill and charge you. Still fighting to get the $3000 dollars refunded and inspection bill corrected.
