Stay away from this business. There are plenty of other plumbing businesses to call. They sent a guy named William Klandrud out and I had to kick him out before he even entered the house. He was very unprofessional. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Beware their prices are higher than the competition! They charged me double what it cost for a water heater replacement because I was in need and needed help right away. I was at their mercy and they took advantage of the situation. Service tech and Management are very pushy, impatient , desperate people. Receipts are not broken down and says they only do a flat rate. Many warranty companies need a breakdown for payment. Red flags!

Horrible company to hire, had my water running for two days and said they were coming back and never did and didn't want to compensate at all and didn't...they send out in experienced plumbers and will cause your house more issues...they are horrible and I would never ever hire this company ever in life to do any work in your home ever they will cause bigger issues and will not compensate for it and will damage things in your home that were not damaged! Please do not let them work on your home...they will come in mess up and say they are coming back and never come back!

On March 26 one of their plumbers came out because I had a flood in the basement. The end result was to have the drain snaked. The plumber waited until he got all his tools out of the truck and back in the house before he even gave me a price of how much it was going to cost and I had to ask him. He proceeded to chisel and hammer the floor drain plug off. When he finally got the plug off it was damaged to the point where it would not go back on and the outer rim of the pipe coming out of the floor was damaged (uneven) too. When he finished he asked me if I wanted him to put a new plug on. So I told him yes because apparently the old plug will not go back on. He then told me an astronomical price of how much the plug would cost that. He suggested that I go to Home Depot and I could get it a lot cheaper. When I looked at the time Home Depot was in the process of closing, so I just said I'll pay for the plug from you. The plumber then says oh I forgot I don't have any and then tell me what size I need to buy when I go to the store the next day. When the job is complete I gave the Edwards plumber my credit card information, he then told me when he gets into the truck and gets everything situated he will send me a receipt via email. I never received a receipt. The next day I went to Home Depot and purchased a plug the size the plumber told me to get. When I went to install the plug it was the wrong size the (Edwards) plumber told. So I had to go back to Home Depot and purchase the right size. Fast forward to a text message I received on June 10th, 2021 in regards to an outstanding invoice from my services on March 26th,2021. When I called Edwards plumbing to find out why I am receiving a text message saying I have an outstanding invoice the lady on the phone did not care about anything other than collecting the payment. I explained the whole situation from top to bottom and she still disregarded everything I said and kept asking me how will I be making a payment. From there I ended up speaking to another person which I assume was from billing. She told me that she was going to look into it, forward to a manager and I was going to hear back. It is now July 5, 2021 and I never received a call back Nor have I heard anything from Edwards plumbing about the situation. So today July 5th, 2021 I called around 10:00 AM and I was told that the person in billing was on the phone and they will call me back. I waited about an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes for a return call and never got it back. So I decided to call back and I was told by the first person to answer the phone that they were closing at noon now it's around 11:50 AM. That person stated that they would forward the information over to their manager which was basically the same thing that I was told back on June 10th of 2021. I have no idea what's going on with their bookkeeping or their customer service but surely I will not be using them ever again this was my first, only and last time using Edwards Plumbing.

I wanted them to snake out my drain and run a camera down so I could see what was going on. I've had problems in the past and I knew something was wrong, but I didn't know what or where the problem was. They sent two punk kids that acted like they had 50 years experience and told me it was my septic tank that needed to be drained. The tank is fine, but one of the connections was broken and appears it was never glued when they built the house in 1983. Now I know what to do, and where to start digging, but not because of the two punk kids! I hired Watkins Septic Tank Service and he did what I asked him to do. I will tell everyone I know about the shameful way these kids treated me, and NEVER use Edwards again!!

I had a leaking sink. They were outrageous in their price. They were there for 20 minutes and charged almost $250 including 2 water lines that don't cost more than $15. Even if the quality is the best on the planet they are not worth $700 an hour. Find someone else.

I've used Edwards twice in the last year, first to put in a new toilet, and more recently to fix/replace a leaking sink and faucet. The same guy, Dan, was here for both visits and did the jobs quickly, cleanly and with good explanations for what needed to be done. I'm not wasting my weekends on doing my own plumbing anymore, that's for sure!

Called for service on a Thermo-Coupler for a Hot Water Heater. The 1st technician arrived and quoted an unreasonably high amount for the repair. We refused service. The owner James was concerned that the service call was not completed and took the time to personally call us to discuss the situation. He apologized that the wrong price had been presented (in error) by the technician and offered to send another tech out to fix the problem at a much more fair, reasonable price. I have respect for an owner who is personally involved in following up and making his customers happy. Thank you.

Absolute clowns. After failing to fix the air conditioner the appointment, these Bozos blew-off the appointment for the second a call to fix it correctly. Of course they could reschedule it next week. NEXT WEEK!!!! Terrible experience. Perhaps you will have better. Good luck, you will need it.

Oh- when they contacted the insurance company to tell them they couldn't perform the job, they flat out lied. I would think twice before letting them in my house.
