They never come when they say they will and they have NEVER come without needing to go back and get parts that they don't have (time which you are billed for). They actually damaged my freezer by standing on it instead of getting a ladder!!! They had to come 3 times before the leak was actually fixed!!! They don't clean up after themselves either. I wish I could go into the negative stars. They are so terrible!!!!!

We have always received prompt and courteous service from Edwards. Very friendly and they know what they are doing--been in the business for a long time and they have always helped us out.

Extremely unprofessional and caused even more damage to my home by not tightening the fittings properly which caused my entire basement to flood. Technician was rude, and over two hours late. I had to call another plumbing company to come fix what they weren't capable of after paying them over $500.00.

I would recommend using H&N Plumbing, or Absolute Plumbing.
