Company Overview

Since 1948, Edwards Plumbing & Heating has been a family-owned, all-inclusive plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service provider in Montgomery, Alabama. We offer a broad spectrum of design, installation, and maintenance services for plumbing and air conditioning. Our company features multiple divisions, including heating and cooling, as well as service and hardware departments. With a team of over 75 skilled employees and a fleet exceeding 45 vehicles, we are well-equipped to serve our community. We offer various service agreements that include detailed summer and winter check-up services. We supply several models of gas furnaces, including builder, upgrade, and leadership options. We also have a range of package units available, such as heat pumps, gas units, and electric units.

For more than 52 years, we have been dedicated to serving the Montgomery area, providing timely, reliable, and expert service to thousands of happy customers. We started as a plumbing and hardware business, and many of our customers recall our former site on Mt. Meigs Road. In 1964, we relocated to our current address on Jean Street. A heating and cooling division was introduced in 1959, and the hardware department was phased out in 1963.

Initially, our focus was on new construction, but over time, new homeowners started contacting us when they encountered problems. Additionally, numerous new heating and cooling customers approached us for equipment replacement or upgrades when necessary. As a result, we created our service department.
