Company Overview

Founded in 1948, Edwards Plumbing & Heating is a family-run, full-service plumbing, heating, and air conditioning business located in Montgomery, Alabama. We provide extensive design, installation, and maintenance solutions for plumbing and air conditioning. Our company features multiple divisions, including heating and cooling, as well as service and hardware departments. We employ more than 75 dedicated professionals and operate a fleet of over 45 vehicles, ensuring we can meet our community's needs. Our service agreements include comprehensive inspections for both summer and winter seasons. We provide a variety of gas furnace models, including builder, upgrade, and leadership versions. Additionally, we offer an assortment of package units, including heat pumps and both gas and electric units.

For over half a century, Edwards Plumbing & Heating has been committed to the Montgomery region, offering quick, trustworthy, and skilled service to numerous satisfied clients. We started as a plumbing and hardware business, and many of our customers recall our former site on Mt. Meigs Road. In 1964, we relocated to our current address on Jean Street. We added a heating and cooling department in 1959, and the hardware division was discontinued in 1963.

In our early days, we concentrated solely on new construction, but as time passed, new homeowners began reaching out to us for assistance with issues they faced. Furthermore, many of our new heating and cooling customers reached out to us for system replacements or upgrades as they became necessary. As a result, we created our service department.
