I'd love to give zero stars. I was originally scheduled a service at 7pm. I received a phone call at 8pm stating no one is coming and that someone would be out at 8am in the morning. I did not receive a single phone call or ETA in the morning. I called numerous times throughout the morning and was told the tech was loading up his van. After 3 hours of waiting for the tech to apparently ""load his van"" I called back and they stated the tech has not checked in for the morning yet. Do not waste your time with these people, they are an absolute joke.

Worst service. Needed to replace two shut off valves. Called the office, they said yes they can get it done same day. The technician came out looked at it said he didn't have the parts they will be back tomorrow to fix it in the early morning. Next day came around tried calling the office unable to reach the technician who was suppose to come back by 8 am, 10:30 am rolls around still no one came. We called the office to cancel the service. The technician called us back right away after, saying the office try calling us after we called the office to cancel. Edwards Heating wanted to charge us, whick is ridiculous! Sent us numerous of text messages after we cancel. I wish they were this attentive when we need the job done. They threaten to send us to collection if we didn't pay them for coming out and doing absolutely nothing. Even though they said it could be done same day. They did nothing, but wanted us to still pay them. Of course we paid them. -- Stay away from this company.

the upstairs of my house was just fully renovated and the next night after we moved back in the pipes began to backup. the pictures attached are how edwards plumbing left my basement. i had to call and find out what the protocol was of cleaning cause the staff said ""use lots of bleach or call a cleaning company"" the manager said cleaning was included in the price so i had to wait about 6 hours before someone came back to clean up and i have a newborn in the house. i was then told i would be contacted monday when the office opens back up to talk about any belongs being damaged. when monday came no call, I had to call them and the manager couldnt be reached. when i finally receieved a call back manager setup a meeting at my house to get to the bottom of things because hes staff said lies and the manager was questioning me on who was telling the truth. needless to say they never showed up the next day to meet, when i called of course the manager was unreachable like always. i recieved a call back from a call person cause the manager cant call himself and she stated he was stuck at an emergency and would try to come out the next morning. smh, this place is so unprofessional and i do not recommend them and their prices are ridiculous i was told a flat rate no matter how long and still charged more.

Had my sump pump replaced, pump seems to be malfunctioning, have been trying to have a service repair person come out and recheck pump with contence rescheduled appointments, my pump was replaced on May 10, 2023 and I'm still waiting for service. Definitely would not recommend if this is how they treat their customers. 2 thumbs down Although I rated it as a 1 star in order to write a review you have to pick a star. This company Edwards plumbing deserved no stars. 2 thumbs down I will be sending a complaint to the BBB and consumers affairs.

I called at 10:am to schedule a drain snaking for around 3:30-7:00pm. I call at 6:45 after not hearing anything. They proceed to tell me that they are running behind and the plumber will be here at 9:00pm. No call or anything. I called at a quarter after 9 and they tell me the plumber is wrapping up on another job and will be here soon. I eventually canceled the service and will have someone else come out. Very unprofessional and absolutely terrible customer service.

TERRIBLE!! Missed their call back by 20 minutes and they said I would have to re-schedule. Don't know why they advertise emergency service. Not at all surprised to see all of the TERRIBLE reviews. I agree with Michael H. A JOKE OF A COMPANY!! I WISH I COULD SELECT 0 STARS!

What a JOKE of a company. We called and made an appointment... usual 4 hour window garbage. At the end of the 4 hour window... we call them and get ""the last job took longer that he thought so no one is coming out"". Think about that for a minute... they didn't call us, they KNEW the current job was running later than expected, we had to call them.
So NO ONE WAS GOING TO SHOW UP OR CALL US? House is hot, we had a birthday party scheduled for tomorrow... you could have just called and gave us the option of going with someone else. Instead, I have to pay emergency rates with another vendor for Sunday service... this is the type of company they are. If you cant do the job, dont take the appointment! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Good thing I work in retail and talk to hundreds of customers every day... I'm sure my anger my quiet down over time.... but I promise my mouth won't.

Kevin did a great job. Gave me a good price and did the job he specified in a timely matter. Would definitely call edwards again.

I was hesitant to call a plumber I've never used before, however, I had no choice. Edwards arrived within the three hour block they quoted and then called when they were about an hour out. I needed a utility room sink and new plumbing for it installed. He quoted me $115 for about an hours work, which I thought very fair. Well, two hours into the work, he was still here. I have very old plumbing and couldn't shut off the main water. When all the work was completed I asked him how much more do I owe and his answer was ""...nothing additional. I can't charge you more than what I quoted...it wouldn't be right..."" I asked again to please give me a new figure and repeatedly refused. I've been using a different company in the past, but I felt he was being ""a thief."" Figure I couldn't do any worse; but I LUCKED OUT!! Edwards will now become my ""go to"" for any future work required.
