Gerald came out to install my Electrolux appliances but he and the other tech forgot to remove the transfer pins and Styrofoam from under the washing machine drum. Therefore when I started my washing and walked away it damaged my flooring and some dry wall in my new home. I made several calls and gave him an opportunity to compromise on the repairs of the floor to get no answer or payment in which we agreed. I work for Electrolux and will make sure that there well aware of whom is deliver their products. I did not want to make this post because I really try to make peace and don't want to tarnish anyone's name but I am a customer who deserves I believe should not have to experience this type of issue.
